"En la recepción muy mal porque a pesar de haber ya cancelado mi estadía y tener el número de reserva de Hotels.com no me querían dejar hacer el check in porque su sistema tenía problemas y no figuraba en él la reserva. Fue necesario esperar como 45`, llamar a Hotels.com, que ellos llamaran al hotel e insistieran para que me dejaran hacer el check in. Muy mal comienzo."

"This is an incredible Hilton location. I've stayed multiple places in Port Moresby but this was by far one of my best experiences. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredible and so attentive, there were nice touches like a welcome note and gift, and the amenities throughout the hotel and surrounding complex that made my stay fantastic.
