"The location could not have been better for going to the races. Very accessible to dining and shopping. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. We enjoyed the front porch as well. "

"Sonia and Steve are the best hosts ever! They made us feel at home and Sonia's cooking is super good. The owners on the other hand are not so gracious, we wanted to make our stay shorter since ski conditions were nit the best and Sonia talk to them but they were un flexible about the issuse abd did not let us cancelled the other days. But how Sonia and Steve treat us and pamper us, we end up having a great stay."

"Beautiful room, amazing king bed, beautiful bathroom (loved the tub!), friendly staff. Great breakfast. Quiet and super clean. Adorable dog Abby is a highlight. Give her pets whenever possible. Perfect spot for a couple before a show at SPAC and to explore downtown the next day! Would love to come back for a longer stay. "

"Beautiful mansion. Nice room. Old charm. Bathroom was huge. Stayed in McKinley. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Proximity to downtown was great. Walked to Druthers for dinner in 10 mins. Walked to The Thirsty Owl for dessert and wine in 5 mins. No real complaints about place but we likely won’t return. Too many stairs for me. Note that check in is 3pm. Not sooner. They don’t have traditional front desk. "
