"What a gem! Tracey, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Despite it's proximity to streets and businesses, it was quiet and peaceful. Parking is on-site and private. We would definitely return; one of the top B&B we've been to. "

"Elizabeth and David were outstanding hosts! The Property was exactly what we expected. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and all of the amenities were perfect. The breakfast was delicious. If we are back in the Chester area we will definitely stay here again. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Beth at Burrell and Flynn’s Farm. Beautiful home and comfortable room. Lots of love and thought put into anticipating guests needs from the welcome reception to the details in each room and bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight and got us set for our day. Very well done and look to return in the future. "

"Everything was perfect for our stay. David was very helpful with recommendations on local places to dine and gladly showed us how to us the espresso machine, a must try. The place does not seem like it even sets in town. We felt right at home there. We will be visiting and staying here again in the future. A must stay location!"
