"We loved the cottage, so close to the beach and easy to make multiple trips. One day we went 3x, at sunrise, after lunch and at sunset. The sunrise walk was spectacular, mid day we put our beach chairs in the water and after the heat of the day the wild horses come out. Experiencing driving my truck on the 4x4 beach for this 70yr old woman is something I will always remember. "This property is located just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk making it a short drive to reach that area. While I enjoy watching military jets, you should know that this entire area is close to an operational Navy base (Oceana) and that during the work week you may experience flights overhead from about 8:30 am to 10:00 pm.
