Overall this stay was excellent. The downstairs living room furniture isn’t super comfy and cozy and could use a couch refresh.

Disappointing

Unclean when we arrived (dust, cobwebs, shower scum) uncomfortable beds and couch, no coffee filters. Locked out mid-stay with no text to provide a new access code or advance warning. Contacted a customer service agent who claimed Vacasa was not responsible. Pool was closed because someone pooped in the pool. Dirty and flimsy outdoor furniture.

Weekend GetAway

The house was nice and clean! The towels and linen were fresh and clean! The kitchen was so nicely stocked with spices and dishes. We enjoyed the coffee in the morning sitting on the deck. The hot tub was so wonderful after a long day too! We will definitely come back here!

Great place, poor cleaning

The home was as listed and we enjoyed the location, however Vacasa did not clean it well. From dishes stuck to the cabinets to dirty towels and cracked dishes, to food and drips in the fridge. Vacasa reps were not helpful until we called regional rep who ended up refunding our cleaning fee. We will not be staying in a Vacasa managed property again. The home was beautiful once we cleaned it.

Weekend Getaway

The house was perfect for a little getaway with my husband. House was super clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great- only thing it could use was for it to be covered but otherwise no complaints. Would stay here again.

House was fine for the price.

The house was fine. Nothing special but did the trick. The sofa couch was terrible, just springs pushing into our back. One bed was missing the bottom sheet. There was a minimum amount of towels. We has 9 people ( house allows 10) but you only get 6 pool passes.

The house was perfect for our get away

The house had everything we needed for cooking and the amenities were great. We have stayed here before and loved it. Last time I gave a 5 star review but I couldn’t leave a 5 star review this time entirely because of Vacasa (the rental management). Vacasa made no attempt to communicate with us when our guest passes were not found by Eagle Crest staff- multiple phone calls and multiple emails later, it was cleared up (all initiated by myself). Checkin was easy enough but we were told we could check in at 4 (I have 2 confirmation emails with this time). However we were not able to access the house due to cleaning crews until after 5:00. Late check-in with no guest passes made for a rough start to our family vacation. Eventually it all worked out (after a 24 hour period and mostly of my own initiative) House gets 5 stars Vacasa gets 0

Good for a short stay with small group

My friends and I stayed for 4 nights 5 days. We ran out of towels very quickly. It says it is capable of sleeping 10, we slept 8 and it became very crowded. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, cooking tools, and plates. The beds were comfortable, but rooms were small and didn't have a dresser to be able to unpack your things. The location was overall okay, the neighbors are very close so you have to be quiet if staying up late with friends. Grocery stores or anything outside of "Eagle Crest" is about a 25 minute drive. It is, however, very close to Cline Falls which is a beautiful nature park. Parking is tricky due to the location of the home, I highly suggest carpooling as much as possible, it was about a 1/2 mile drive to the overflow lot where any additional cars were to park (only room for 2 cars in the driveway and street parking is prohibited). Overall I think this house would be great for a small family traveling with grandparents or bringing friends along, not necessarily for a group of young friends to meet up and visit together.

Improvements needed

We enjoyed our stay but there were noticeable items that needed attention. The back deck railing was broken and unsafe. The beds were not comfortable, very hard. The pillows were also not comfortable. The towels were small and worn. When we looked for extra towels on Saturday morning we found them in the linen closet still damp. The downstairs shower did not drain in a timely manner. The seating in the living room wasn’t comfortable and not enough seating for our group of (6).

It was clean, it’s location for six golfers was excellent. No ESPN was a big negative.

Just ok

We love Eagle Crest but this particular spot wasn't that great. Waited a little bit to get in & overall it was clean, but then you would see very bad spots like gross, smeary windows leading out to the deck. (Didn't feel like being interrupted on vacation for someone to fix this as we wanted to take advantage of our time there.) Other areas seem dated and in need of upkeep like the upstairs nonexistent headboard where instead there is just a semi dirty wall. This spot is up the hill from the putt putt course and you have to get in your car and drive to the pool areas unless you want to go on a long walk. The eating area at the main outdoor pool has changed & is very limited. The snow cones aren't as good which was a serious let down. There is no umbrella for the deck which was a surprise but as the day goes on shade appears but lunch on the deck is sunny. On a brighter note Vacasa had excellent customer service.
