"Check-in was super simple. Kitchen seemed fully stocked with items for cooking (although we did not use any of it). We came to Dallas for a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. This home was conveniently located to the venue. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but it did seem like several of the houses were being fixed up to beautify the neighborhood. We had no safety issues at all. We basically needed a place to shower and sleep, and this was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, if...

"I had a great experience staying at this rental! The house was easy to find, clean, and cozy—just what I needed. Marco, the manager/owner, was fantastic to work with. I had to extend my stay twice, and he handled it quickly and without any issues. They were very accommodating throughout my stay, and I truly appreciated the excellent service. "Was in Dallas for work so just needed a place to sleep and this listing is excellent for that. Late hours were quiet, room was cool, and bed was relatively comfortable (a little soft for me but it's personal preference). Two things that would have made it better for me: 1, the air freshener is quite strong, which is understandable why they have it, but I had a slight headache from it. 2, there were bugs from the outside constantly coming in. I can tell the owners are trying to deal with it...
