Wir waren eine woche (2 familien mit kindern), das haus ist zwar etwas veraltet, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. 2 Zimmer im haupthaus und eines separat in einem kleinen extra häuschen. Der garten mit viel schatten ist wunderschön und gut gepflegt. Leider ist nur sehr wenig fußläufig erreichbar und der Strom wird extra abgerechnet. Daher ein bisschen Abzug .Die Bilder entsprechen sehr gut der Realität, die Haushälterin kümmert sich fast jeden tag um den Haushalt und die Gastgeberin war auch jederzeit erreichbar.

Even before we arrived we had a good feeling as the communication with the host was great and she had arranged transport for us from the airport. When we arrived at the villa, Brigitte was there and went through everything with us which was most helpful.Most importantly, the villa and grounds were amazing. The villa was well equipped and having a separate annex with one of the bedrooms suited us down to the ground.The pool was lovely and we enjoyed many an hour in and around it on the comfortable sunbeds.If we ever return to the area, I could not think of a better place for us to stay.

toujours aussi bien dans la villa,situation au calme,proprete irreprochable,2 supermarches a 5 mn a pied comme les 2 marches en fin d a midi.On a l impression d etre chez soi.RAWAY a bien change depuis le covid mais le quartier est toujours calme.Exellent sejour malgre quelques jours de pluie,j apprecie toujours la gentillesse des thais quand on sait aller vers eux,encore de belles rencontres

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit viel CharmeEin traumhaftes Grundstück mit großem, eingewachsenem Garten, schönem Pool und zwei Häusern. Wir haben im größeren Haus gewohnt, das großzügig geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Einige Dinge wie die Klimaanlage oder Armaturen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, stören den positiven Gesamteindruck aber kaum.Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Eine tolle Unterkunft für erholsame Tage!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property! Everything was as described in the photographs and maybe even better. The gardens and birds are just lovely! Brigette was attentive to all of our needs, no matter how small. (Once I accidentally called her when we were away and she called me right back to make sure that we were okay!🩵)The neighborhood was safe although you should know that you must have a car to go to the beaches or a proper grocery store. We used the Grab app for transportation and food delivery. There is a caretaker who spends all day at the property making sure that it is clean and comfortable. This place is a treasure and if we ever return to Phuket with our family we will certainly stay here! Thank you, Kind Brigette!

This mini oasis is the most relaxing and idyllic home from home. Our host Bridgitte was there whenever we needed help with car hire, taxis,with the DAILY (except Sunday) housekeeper maintaining the grounds and buildings. Wonderful holiday.

Magical oasis

My family and I absolutely loved every minute of our stay. The hostess greeted us warmly upon our arrival and quickly walked us through the many amenities of the property. We fell in love with the tranquil gardens and active wildlife while relaxing in the jacuzzi pool. Many restaurants and markets walking distance made it easy for us without a car. 10/10! We will be back next year for sure!!

Lovely property

This is a lovely spacious house with the third bedroom / studio in a separate building.We felt very safe here and there are beautiful gardens with a gorgeous swimming pool.The host was receptive and gave us good recommendations including an excellent take away service that delivered to the property.Whilst it is possible to walk to restaurants We feel a car is beneficial for access to beaches , larger supermarkets etc.The property was very clean although the air conditioning struggled as it was very hot when we were there .There were fans to use both inside and outside on the deck which we found very useful .

Beautiful Villa in a wonderful location

A wonderful place to stay. We loved our time here and didn’t want to leave. Beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful garden area, green & lush with the chirping of birds. Very private. A lot of great spaces and space to relax and includes a wonderful housekeeper. Plenty of space for us and our adult children. Our host was great to deal with and very responsive.We loved the area, populated by locals, some tourists and expats. Some great local eats, markets, bars, beauty/massage, bakery () and cafes. The wider area, includes the islands best beaches and the fantastic the Rawai & Rawai Beach area. For us, so much better than the more popular beach areas. We had a car, it is handy, but not essential as it is very easy to get Bolt (Uber) everywhere you need to go, including up to the northern beaches and Phuket town etc.Highly recommended.

villa idyllique un séjour merveilleux

La villa est magnifique, isolée mais pas trop, décorée avec goût, de l'espace, propreté, tout est prévu pour notre confort. Magnifique jardin arboré entourant la piscine et la maison. Un havre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer en toute sereinité. Proximité plages, commerces et restauration. Véhicule nécessaire mais pas indispensable. L'hôte est très agréable et bienveillante, proposant des sites à decouvrir et des prestataires de base (transfert, car rental, POI...). Nous avons passé des semaines apaisantes et ensoleillées malgré quelques douches mémorables. L'hiver en Thailande est pour nous la meilleure saison ! pas trop chaud, pas trop de pluie et surtout pas trop de touristes.

Ein Stückchen Paradies

Knapp 3 Wochen durften wir hier verbringen und wir waren restlos begeistert. Alles war genau wie in der Beschreibung, es war alles jederzeit sauber und ordentlich und wir konnten ungestört den großen herrlichen Garten und das Haus nutzen. Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir würden am liebsten sofort wieder hin. Danke auch an alle fleißigen Helfer ( die Haushälterin, die Poolboys, die Gärtner ...), die alles für uns sauber gehalten haben so dass wir die Zeit restlos genießen konnten..

Great Villa, Pool, landscaping and communication with the host via WhatsApp top notch

East coast of Phuket is laid back and the villa is in a quiet area. We decided to not get a car and the host was most helpful setting up transportation to get to and from the airport along with rides to the various attractions. Fairly close walking distance to the store and a couple restaurants. Any of the negatives that we had on this trip was not due to the host or the accommodations. I rated the neighborhood 3 stars solely due to how far away the lively attractions are. (1 hour to Patong Beach, west coast party place)

Belle locatio

La villa est très bien conçu, deux chambres, et une grande salle à manger, une petite piscine et de l’autre côté, un logement individuel pour deux personnes avec cuisine et salle de bain. Seul petit reproche, les climatisations ne fonctionnent pas bien.

Merveilleux séjour à Phuket

Nous avons passé 1 mois de pure bonheur chez vous. c’était notre premier séjour à Phuket et on a été gâté dans votre Villa magnifique très calme située à rawai dans une rue très tranquille avec une très belle piscine juste parfaite et un jardin très beau et bien entretenu avec une symphonie d’oiseaux chanteurs qui nous manquent encore !! et à qui nous étions habitués. Le ménage était fait tous les jours ce qui est appréciable. les propriétaires nous avaient réservé une voiture via leur connaissance qui nous attendait directement à la villa le jour de notre arrivée et tout s’est très bien passé. nous avons hâte de revenir chez vous l’année prochaine en espérant que l’année passe vite à très bientôt et bon rétablissement à dan Romain et laetitia

Paradise on Earth

Paradise on Earth with a spacious pool villa and mature foliage. We woke up to a symphony of birds singing each morning and cooled off in the inviting pool. I spent several hours in the pool and tried to whistle back to the many Myna and assorted birds which took refuge. My wife actually jumped into the pool fully clothed on more than one occassion, after her long walks in the neighborhood.
