It has a small functional kitchen (that I thought was cute and very Italian), it has a laundry machine, and among other things. "Truly a super host. Antonia was very welcome and waited for us until 11:30pm as we had to trek 9 hours by car from Bologna to the Amalfi coast. She was then kind enough to offer us rides which we accepted to the gorgeous views of Sentiero Degli Dei (The Path of the Gods) hiking trail. The apartment was amazing and we had the best time. Would definitely come back and we hope to."

"The apartment is perfectly located to visit places like Naples, Pompeii and Amalfi Coast. Parking nearby is not a problem at all and a supermarket is only 2 minutes walk away. Communication with the landlady was perfect, she always replied immediately and found solutions for our problems. We really enjoyed our stay there."

"Great View! Was a little hard to find at first but Antonio was terrific in getting us in, orientated and helping get us around. The bus stop is right outside the house. Unit was clean comfortable and perfect for us. Bedroom was above the kitchen and dining area and you had to go outside and down a few steps to get to that level but it worked. Only negative was it was a little short on hot water! We enjoyed the unit!"

"We honestly spent almost no time in the apartment except to sleep and catch sunsets. The view is amazing. You simply can't describe it in enough detail or capture it on a camera. "Casa Margherita is located right in the heart of Positano. It is difficult to imagine a better view of Positano and the coast than the view from the house’s terrace. The house was clean, comfortable, and provided all necessary amenities, including fast wifi. "I can say easily this was one of our best stay ever. The apartment is really comfy, the terrace is amazing with view to the sea and the Amalfi Coast, it has everything you need to cook and a washing machine. Conca dei Marini is a nice quiet town, with 2 nice restaurants near the apartment (you can go by walk) and down the coast please visit Capo di Conca (the best beach we went in the Amalfi Coast). "Lovely apartment literally 1 min from Piazza Umberto Primo. Maddalena was very good with email comms, then WhatsApp (those using HomeAway, be careful as the default mobile number is with a US code so you can’t ring her unless you change that). The apartment was huge for me alone - it would be great for a couple, not perhaps as much for a family as the children’s room is literally above the double bedroom, so there’s no privacy. But that’s only a problem if it’s a problem for your family....

Angela, the property manager did an excellent job explaining how to operate the heat, washing machine and the explained the limited hot water capacity for showering. Making us dinner reservations, giving us insights and where to go and what to do during the day, and even helping us get our car back when it was towed. "Good pool with views over the surrounding hills. Room clean and recently renovated, but room was not cleaned during our stay. Plenty of room for 4 people. 2 minutes walk down steps to town. The only "bad" thing is that it is a bit of a soulless place - there is no reception and the only staff seems to be a friendly cleaner. It is basically a group of holiday flats, not a hotel or residence."
