"Everything fine no single bed in room for 4yr old but sorted within 10mins ,reception and all staff very helpful and polite."

"The room was dated and had scuff marks on the doors and furniture and the carpet had seen better days BUT it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It is going through refurbishment at the moment and to be honest I expected a bit of a mess and noise but it was quiet. My partner used the leisure area and was happy with it."

"The room and hotel was really good i would definitely go here again. The only negative is that i received an email 6 days prior to my stay stating the leisure facilities were unavailable. Thus, i did not pack any attire for the pool to then be told when i arrived that it was back open. This was frustrating and i hope they improve their communications. What really impressed me about the hotel was the extra details everywhere to make it really welcoming and easy for families. Toys, games, high chairs, ramps and accesible options - and even some secret doors for elves & fairies hidden around the place.
