"Es un hotel grande, por lo que percibí es tradicional. El servicio del personal es muy amable. Tuvimos un inconveniente en la cena y actuaron de inmediato, incluso no cobraron el platillo aunque lo repusieron. Las habitaciones son amplias (suites) el estacionamiento es amplio y accesible. Solo me hospedé una noche pero estoy segura que lo hubiera disfrutado más. Seguro lo escogería si tuviera la oportunidad de volver. "

"If you love a nice college campus and don't need all lux of some fancy hotel, this is your spot. It was minimal in a really nice way. Location was just minutes from Limerick's inner city area. Campus is beautiful and staff super friendly. Laundry room is clean and everything works very easily. I will definitely be staying here next time I travel to the area."

"First, Caroline (on-site supervisor) couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. The unit was very basic accommodations, like a budget hotel. Specifically, beds are on the lower quality end, to the extent that one of them had to be modified with extra comforters. "The property was clean and tidy. The beds had clean sheets and there were enough towels for everyone in our group. The washrooms were stocked with toilet paper. We had some difficulty operating the shower in the master bedroom (could just be that we were from another country and we have different types of showers). The other shower worked just fine. "There is plenty of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, for a family of six to stay here comfortably. But what we found interesting was it was a little sparse on the basics like towels, dishes, cups, etc. The maximum amount of people are six. We were only each given one towel no extra hand towels, no face cloths.Some of the standard table settings there were only six no more so if you wanted to use two glasses at dinner, you had to wash one to use it again. No dual beverages at dinner ha ha...

"Siendo honestos, nos encanto el lugar (limpio, cómodo, buen desayuno), sin embargo, en una ocasión le preguntamos a la persona recepcionista (una mujer mayor de 50 años) como realizar el "Check out" y se porto muy grosera y déspota, su actitud no nos gusto para nada. Al siguiente día cuando hicimos el Check out, estaba la misma persona con un caballero muy amable (quien nos ayudo a realizar el Check out) y la actitud de la recepcionista fue completamente diferente, incluso fue muy amable, lo cual deja a relucir que frente al personal que trabaja allí (quizás su jefe) tiene una actitud diferente a lo que realmente es."
