There`s also the ping pong table for challenging family and friends in exciting tournaments, and the barbecue for preparing tasty grills under the starry sky.

The living area has a large living room with two sofas and two TVs, the dining room with table and chairs, and the well-equipped kitchenette .
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms that run along a corridor: on the left are 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room, on the right 2 double bedrooms with pool view, one of which has an en suite bathroom.

The villa with pool and gym Tenuta dei Tramonti is an exclusive solution for vacations in Salento, for rent along the countryside that unites the small town of Racale with the beautiful marina of Torre Suda.
The Ionian coastline in this stretch offers gentle low cliffs, accessible and within easy reach of Gallipoli`s most beautiful beaches, such as Baia Verde and Punta Pizzo.
The location is strategic for getting around by car, in a few minutes, even going to discover beautiful historic centers such as Gallipoli and Ugento.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There are internal verisure cameras that take photos only if the alarm goes off.
- Every day, the gardener carries out maintenance of the swimming pool and garden from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
