They were very accommodating to our late arrival and helped us with any aspect of our stay we needed.The only advice would be to make it more clear about needing Sampan to access boat. "So first of all they totally forgot about my booking till I actually called to find out becoz there were no information abt how I can reach the boat even after I paid. The trip and the yacht itself is in a very gd condition and nice, I really enjoyed the whole experience. The agreed check-out time is 10am! However they were sending some random people to get on the yacht at 9 without noticing us which is Absolutely ridiculous, and saying they need to clean the yacht and we need to leave before...
