🛏️ The upper apartment accommodates 2 guests, and the lower apartment accommodates up to 4 guests — perfect for families or friends traveling together. 🤗

🏞️ Casa Alicia is located on one of the highest points of Manuel Antonio, which means you will need to climb more than 100 steps to reach the property. As a reward, you will enjoy impressive views of the ocean, mountains, and beautiful sunsets every afternoon. If you enjoy staying active and don’t mind a little exercise, this place is ideal for you. Before booking, please make sure this feature is suitable for everyone in your group. 💚🌅

🏠 Casa Alicia consists of two independent apartments.

🔹 Upper Apartment

🛏️ The upper apartment has one bedroom with a Queen-size bed. The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom and includes a hot water shower 🚿.

🛋️ In the living room, you will find a dining table and a small sofa. Both areas have ceiling fans 🌬️, and air conditioning is available in both the living room and the bedroom ❄️.

🧊 Air Conditioning Notice
The upper apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom.
The living room air conditioner has an automatic shut-off system from 11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., as it is located in a common area and we encourage responsible energy use.
The bedroom air conditioner works normally throughout your stay.

🌿 When leaving the house, we kindly ask you to turn off the bedroom air conditioner. We understand that you may prefer to leave the living room air conditioner on so that the apartment feels cooler when you return, as the second floor can be a little warmer. However, we greatly appreciate your cooperation by turning off the bedroom air conditioner when you are not in the property.

🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, a microwave, coffee maker ☕, blender, and toaster.

🌿 This apartment also has a spacious balcony with a spectacular ocean view, where you can relax in our lounge chairs and enjoy the scenery 🌅.

🧺 The upper apartment also includes a laundry area with a washing machine, which you are welcome to use with care.

🔹 Lower Apartment

🛏️ The lower apartment has two bedrooms, each with a Queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning ❄️ and ceiling fans 🌬️.
The living room has a fan only.

🚿 There is one bathroom with a hot water shower.

🛋️ In the living room, you will find a small sofa and a dining table 🍽️. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and a coffee maker ☕.

🌿 Outside, there is a terrace with a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors ☀️🍹.

🚗 You will have your own parking space, located right next to the stairs.
Katherin will show you the parking area upon arrival, and we kindly ask that you always park in the assigned space, as the parking area is shared with other guests.

Please make sure to park only where you see the Casa Alicia sign. 🅿️
Parking is free.

📦 Inside the house, you will find boxes with towels and blankets. Please do not use or open them, as they are reserved for future guests 🙏.
We keep them stored this way because, at the moment, we do not have a separate storage room.

🧺 Don’t worry, everything you need for your stay will be prepared and available for you.
Our host Katherin will make sure you have everything you need upon arrival 🌸.

💧 Important Note:
Because Casa Alicia is located in a high area, we have a water pump that helps maintain good water pressure throughout the house.
Occasionally, you may hear a small noise when the pump activates. This is completely normal and necessary to ensure a constant water supply. 🚿💦

In Costa Rica, electricity or water service may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance work or issues with the service providers 💡🚰.
If you notice that the entire neighborhood is without electricity, it means it is a general outage and not an issue with the house.

Please do not touch the switches or the electrical panel, as this is an external issue and service will return once the provider repairs it.

We have small white emergency light bulbs that turn on manually and are placed in different areas of the house. Please remember to turn them off once electricity returns.
