PURA VIDA

Spectacular house. Spacious, comfortable, with all the amenities (Air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, large kitchen, cleaning,…), but the best of all was our personal concierge. Camilo has been permanently at our disposal (activities, shopping, taxis, restaurants, house maintenance,…). 24/7. More than perfect. We have had an amazing vacation. I highly recommend the personal chef for breakfast and dinners. Better than any restaurant, more comfortable, and cheaper. Thanks to all the people of Costa Rica. PURA VIDA.

What a beautiful place! The views are incredible, the house is so lovely, with four beautiful bedrooms, each with its own balcony, four and a half baths and gorgeous pool and grounds. Camilo, our concierge, was absolutely superior in every way, answering questions before our arrival, greeting us, arranging tours and transportation - anything and everything we asked for was answered and handled immediately. He also introduced us to private chefs, Alessandro and Diego. I cannot recommend them enough! They prepared three meals for us, our dinner for our arrival, breakfast the next morning and dinner our final evening before our departure - probably the best red snapper I have ever eaten. Everything was absolutely delicious and extremely reasonable for our group of eight, which included two vegetarians and one vegan. They prepared delicious special dishes to accommodate their needs as well. If you stay at Villa Marbella, don’t miss the opportunity to have the cook for you! The housekeeper, Belen, did a lovely job of keeping the place spic and span, even doing some laundry for us.We miss Costa Rica, what a beautiful country. Pura Vida!

Five Stars for Villa Marbella!

We had the most incredible stay at Villa Marbella. Camilo was so helpful leading up to the trip, he answered countless emails, helped set up excursions, had rental cars waiting for us, and a private chef. He greeted us upon our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy or stay. Nellie, the housekeeper, came by once during our visit, she was very thorough and even did all of our laundry. That was a nice surprise to come back to after a day of adventure!The house was perfect for two families. Plenty of rooms, cold AC, and unmatched views. The sunsets we enjoyed were breathtaking! We saw toucans, macaws, monkeys and even a sloth. The property secluded, but also right in the middle of everything.Special shout out to Chef Jordan and Jose. Holy moly. We enjoyed their delicious meals 3 of the nights we were there and looked forward to each visit. We had 5 kids between the two families, and chef made them the prettiest pina coladas to enjoy during sunset! We recommend these two for any future guests- you will not be disappointed.

Short and Sweet

We had the most wonderful stay at the Villa! We were only there for 3 days but it was so beautiful and peaceful, it felt like we were there much longer. Our Concierge Camilo could not have been more helpful and always responded immediately to anything we needed. He was amazing and always secured the best tours and guides. Highly recommended and I hope we get back there someday!!!

Exceeded Expectations in Every Way

This property in Quepos (very close to Manuel Antonio) was shockingly good. My family of 7, including 3 smaller children, enjoyed every moment of the week we spent here. The home is well-equipped with all the things you'll need, including essential toiletries, kitchen items, and reliable high-speed internet! Housekeeping came through routinely to replenish and tidy up (even did our laundry on several occasions), and the concierge (Camilo) was unbelievably helpful throughout our trip planning process and duration of stay. He was able to coordinate all of our adventures, get us transportation rapidly wherever we needed to go/wherever we were (10 min notice), and make suggestions on how to spend our down time, all via email or WhatsApp. The home has plenty of space to spread out, and it's quite well air-conditioned, though you'll likely want to spend more time outside by the pool, soaking in the beautiful rain forest and ocean views. I can't say enough about the entire experience in Quepos. And that's what this property offers; not just a wonderful place to stay, but an incredibly effective and convenient way to experience Costa Rica.

Great stay

Great stay, very clean. Camilo and his team helped with everything. Highly recommend. A short walk from the property and we saw sloths, squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys, and macaws. Tons of wildlife in the area. Simply spectacular.

Gorgeous house, stunning view, incredible concierge

We stayed for a few days with a group of friends at this propriety. The views were stunning. House was also gorgeous with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. We saw Macaws, toucans, and iguanas every day while lounging by the pool. The concierge, Camillo was stellar 10/10. Anything we needed from a chef to getting groceries delivered to giving recommendations for beaches, parking, restaurants, he made it all happen. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

Fantastic property, even better than advertised. The location and views are amazing. You can see both sunrises and sunsets! Camilo, our host, did a great job arranging all of our excursions, airport transportation and our chef. He was always available via text to help with anything we needed. Chris, our chef, was also amazing. The meals he prepared were incredible.

Amazing week in an amazing house!

Villa Marbella is an absolutely stunning house! With 360* views from the mountains to the ocean the setting can't be beat. It has every amenity you could think of. Camillo was an amazing host, responding to every need quickly. Chef Jeinor became part of the family too! Would highly recommend staying here, we can't wait to come back!

Breathtaking!!!

Valle Pura Vida Is beautiful!!! The pictures look so pretty online but in person it is spectacular!!! The house is huge and every bedroom is decorated so awesome. From the start Camilo was wonderful!!! He was on top of everything!!! He planned everything from the car rental to the personal chef one night. From the time we got off our plane to the time we got back on we had no worries. EVERYTHING was taken care of!!! The house staff were top notch!! Love the smell of our clean clothes. The views from the house are beautiful!! We would love to come back!! It was a trip of a lifetime and my family are so very grateful to everyone that helped make our trip so wonderful!!!

Nice Property

Nice property. The pool had debris from a nearby tree that was none stop but otherwise we had a wonderful stay. We even had a visit by the white face monkeys and the Macaws were a thing of beauty.

From Sunrise to Sunset! Amazing!

The entire Gallagher Crew LOVED Villa Marbella and can’t wait to visit again. Mefi and staff welcomed us to this beautiful Villa with champagne! Nice touch! We enjoyed the opportunity to watch the sunrise and sunset from this beautiful home. No need to deal with the crowds! We especially enjoyed the frequent Macaw, Tucan, Iguana and White Faced Monkey visitors. They were all very entertaining to watch. We spent a lot of time hanging out by the pool area it was perfect for our family of four. The home was clean, well equipped, the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. Restaurants were close by and we visited our favorites. Also took recommendation from Mefi. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! The Gallagher’s from WI!

The house was amazing. It was clean, the staff was wonderful, it was more than you could ask for! You had the best of both worlds with the view...both the mountains and the ocean. I can't say enough about Mefi, he was wonderful! We can't wait to go back next year!
