Family getaway

We had two families staying here and it was absolutely perfect. The view was breathtaking and walking distance to everything in town. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Pacifico Colonial in Manuel Antonio

This property is the nicest place we have ever stayed in. It was spacious, clean, full of amenities with an amazing view. Vanessa helped us every step of the way to make our stay exceptional. Highly recommend.

Perfect Condo for Manuel Antonio

Our family had a wonderful time in the condo and were blown away by the cleanliness, location, service and views. Vanessa was a pleasure to work with and the online pictures of the unit do not do it justice! Absolutely stunning setting with tons of wildlife and easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The secure parking was also a plus. We will definitely be back soon!

Senior mom and son trip

The place was amazing! I always get nervous that the pictures look better than the actual place when you check in but this place exceeded all of that. It was clean, spacious, so many amenities included. The host was phenomenal and responsive for any questions. The house and views were breathtaking. If you plan a trip with a group this would be the place, each bedroom had their own bathroom, room for 12 people. It’s was wonderful. Thank you Vanessa for the hospitality. We would book this place again.

Amazing place and service. Book this!

Gorgeous place. PLUS having Vanessa as a concierge was priceless! She helped with absolutely every aspect - tours, transport, reservations, any issue that arose. The housekeepers were phenomenal- even doing our laundry regularly. The beach area was great too. To have the chairs and umbrellas, a waiter, activities guy Ricardo, transport. It was all great.

Amazing

Amazing penthouse condo with the best views. Perfect for our family of 5. Vanessa was a great asset for arranging trips and services. She was always available to assist. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. Only disappointment was the bed in master bedroom seemed a bit old with both sides slanting to the center Also, we weren’t able to get any TVs working aside from the living room but with the views, you really don’t need a television! We will definitely stay again if we visit Manuel Antonio again.

We found a gem!

We have been to Manuel Antonio 3 times. Best location so far! Breathtaking view, professional staff, best locale for walking to amazing restaurants and being picked up for excursions. The condos are very nice inside. As nice as any Marriott. The views, again, make the whole stay magical. Would recommend experiencing taking public bus to beach to mix with locals. We bought groceries at Supermarket Joseph a block away. My teens walked to Emilio’s a couple times to get their own lunch. Going to return for sure.

10 ***, not 5 for this penthouse

Pictures do not do it justice to this place, the place is unimaginable, perfectly located right on top of the mountains with a beautiful 180° view of the mountains, humongous penthouse with large patio, and the best master bedroom you could ever imagine, decorated very well. JC was very responsive and went out of the way to help us. If we come back, we will stay in this place only. Many restaurants are right across the street. Entrance to the park is only a few kilometers away. As a bonus we could climb from inside the bedroom to enter the top of the building, where there is a hammock with beautiful views. in total, there are three floors to enjoy.

Beautiful place. Super endroit.

Nice view. Close to beach/grocery/stores. Haven't met Vanessa. Communication by Whatsapp pretty easier but we would appreciate to meet her because his friend, Michael couldn't speak much english. Shuttle included to the beach. Have to schedule it with Vanessa by Whatsapp. Really nice place to enjoy Manuel Antonio. Quite expensive but it worth it. Très belle vue. Près de tout. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Vanessa malheureusement et son ami ne parlait pas bcp anglais/français lors de l'accueil. Navette pour la plage. Un peu dispendieux mais ça vaut le coup.

The Grand Finale to our Costa Rica Vacation

This place is amazing - the panoramic views are incredible! By far the nicest vacation rental we have ever booked. When we weren't out on excursions, most of our time here was spent on the beautiful and spacious covered veranda - even when it rained. We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle and chair/umbrella service at the lovely nearby beach twice during our stay - a very nice perk which we recommend doing. We appreciated the convenient location which allowed us to walk to nearby restaurants; Cafe Milagro, Emilios, and the falafal place across the street and all were very good. There were also a few shops within walking distance. Vanessa greeted us when we arrived, checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything and was always very responsive to our inquiries/requests both before and during our stay. Housekeeping went above and beyond what we would have expected. We truly felt pampered. We also appreciated having a washer, dryer, detergent, and fabric softener available for our use. We highly recommend this wonderful place!

Beautiful, spacious property

Great stay with amazing help from Vanessa planning our entire trip and Winny managing all our questions and requests while we were in residence. Gorgeous views. You have to take a taxi to the beach but was included in the rental and included canopies and chairs and food service. We weren’t accustomed to that but we did so many fun excursions that this ended up not being a huge deal as we didn’t go to beach everyday anyway. Rooms are very spacious and while we only slept 5, could have easily accommodated more. More seating in the family room would be nice for larger groups. We spent lots of time on the beautiful balconies with macaws and monkeys playing in the canopy below. On site pool is small but shaded. We hired a chef to cook for us all 7 nights but would recommend taking a couple of nights off to go to some of the local eateries just for a change of scenery. our dining was excellent! Also recommend chef Michael and Sianny.

Amazing views, vacation of a lifetime

Pictures do not do this property justice. The expansive views are breathtaking, the property was luxurious and my family and I had one of the most memorable vacations ever. The concierge service was super friendly, convenient and responsive. We took advantage of the beach concierge 3 days, rented bogie boards and did surf lessons. Every restaurant in walking distance was very good, especially La Lambretta, The Falafel place, Enso and Agua Azul. There were 3 markets within a few minutes as well for any grocery needs. The property had everything we needed and every morning, having coffee on the patio looking out onto the hills and ocean was spectacular. We saw macaws, monkeys, toucans and other wildlife from the back patio. While visiting, you need to see Manuel Antonio National Park, beautiful beaches and tons on wildlife. This rental and the service we recieved, made for a wonderful experience for my family and I. Would return in a heartbeat

Perfection

Colonial Pacifico 4 bedroom penthouse condo was indeed luxurious. We were 4 couples vacationing together. We knew in advance the bedrooms weren’t equal for couples, but agreed in advance we could choose fairly by picking straws. No one had an issue with the process. The condo itself was beautiful with amazing views from both porch on main level and the penthouse suite. It was very nice to end our vacation together with plenty of room for all. My contact with Diego was extremely easy and timely. He even helped out with getting our needed Covid test scheduled with a Dr. who came to the condo for testing. Diegos coworker Vanessa was also easy to contact and very helpful. Pacifico Colonial is so convenient, as the bus stop is right in front of the building. We never took our cars out of the secure parking garage and used the bus to go to the national park and to restaurants. So much easier than driving and finding a parking space. You can also walk to many restaurants from the condo. Everyone of us agreed we would love to stay here again when in the area. Thank you Diego and Vanessa Joan and friends

Vacation Paradise

Property is AMAZING. Very spacious and clean. Outdoor space with breathtaking ocean views made it a treat to come home after a day of adventuring or enjoying the beautiful beach. Vanessa could not have been more helpful from arranging transportation to recommending a wonderful chef for amazing "at home" meals. We will be back and would stay there again in a second!! Already missing the views!!!

Definitely a keeper

Everything was perfect from the location with that view to the in-unit laundry and Vanessa was AWESOME! I messed up timing of incoming and she quickly recovered my error and our remaining family were none the wiser when they came in a few days later than us. ATV was lit!!! The pics don't do the place justice and the service is epic. definitely going back:)

Exceptional experience - Exceptional Views

This was a dream vacation in for our family of four. The morning coffee and evening sunset dinners on the main balcony were amazing. Pairs of scarlet macaws, and a toucan calling to his friends and amazing views of the Pacific... Our tours were all wonderful thanks to Vanessa the concierge. She quickly addressed any questions we had. We are already dreaming about a return visit to this magical place. Our children would say that the surf lessons were the highlight of their trip. From massages on site and private chef services, you may never want to leave this wonderful penthouse.

This home is AMAZING!! Exceeded our expectations in every way!

This is a dream home! You will be blown away upon entering the front door. Not only is this house more than you could dream of, but it’s also spotless and the home contact/manager experience is the best we’ve ever experienced. We never had to contact anyone relating to the house (it was perfect) but Vanessa was available to help us with tours, transfers, grocery stores, food recommendations etc. She was a dream contact for anything Costa Rica! I hope to go back soon, and would plan my upcoming trip around staying at this particular home again. Thank you from our entire family for such an amazing experience!

Penthouse at Pacifico Colonial

The condo is extremely large and spacious. Great views from everywhere. More outdoor patios than you can imagine. Everything works well and the unit is well equipped. Vanessa - property manager as well as excellent concierge was a pleasure to work with and can source just about anything you may need. Also she was very easy to get a hold of. An excellent property, everyone on-site was very friendly. Location is excellent- just two blocks to about everything. Beach is walkable but is a pretty good walk. We usually just drove. Inside garage parking is more than adequate with this unit (2 spots). Overall, great spot! Stayed at 8 different homes and condos and this is one of my favorite.
