I would definitely stay at this place again! The bed was so comfortable! I stayed there with my two children. There is a single bed with a pullout trundle that worked really well for both of them. They said that was very comfortable as well. There is a coffee maker in the room with coffee and sugar. You will have to buy your own powdered cream at the store. There is a grocery store right next to the place. Many shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The condo that you stay in is very safe. The area is gated from the public sidewalk. There are the six small flights of stairs that you have to walk down to get to the condo. It wasn’t that big of a deal for us, but it might be an issue for someone else.The pool was nice. It had its own bathroom.The mini split air conditioner, kept the room very cool. There is no washer and dryer so prepare for that. The concierge was very accommodating and attentive.

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The property manager was extremely helpful, and when we missed our shuttle from SJO airport because of a flight delay, the property manager even helped us secure new transportation. We are very grateful to Yosue for making our stay a great experience. I would definitely recommend this property to stay in. Thank you for everything!

The only negative was the harsh blue lighting in the apartment. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, the pool was clean and the location was great. It was an expensive area to stay in, but it had everything you need. The concierge Yosué was very helpful.

No hot tub. They had a tiny pool though. The place is ok for young people who don't care about loud neighbors, constant power shortage and many stairs to get there. The pictures are tricky because the view is not as good as shown. Parking is extremely limited. Not my best experience at Manuel Antonio.

We had a very good stay. The room was clean, and the kitchenette was thoughtfully and well stocked with various appliances, utensils and kitchen tool. Our concierge on site was able to arrange/book a beach day for us. The location is pretty well situation, many great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Yosue was welcoming and helped us get our bags up to our room. It was a beautiful setting and we enjoyed watching the Scarlet Macaws fly by everyday. We also enjoyed the antics of 10-12 Squirrel Monkeys on the wires in front of our room daily.

Amenities that were promised during booking was missing. Owners behavior was unacceptable, we had to make arrangements to leave the apartments after first night. We had to go though lots physical and mental hassle. One of the worst vacation experience of our life. My whole family is extremely unhappy about this stay.

Yosué was an amazing host, responded quickly to all my questions and checked on my friend and I the entire stay. He helped with booking any fun excursions throughout the trip and made sure to check in after. I was very nervous at first since it was my first time alone out of the country, but everyone was so friendly around the area. The place has absolutely stunning views especially the restaurant Agua above. The pictures don’t do it justice definitely enough space for four friends if needed. I can’t wait to come back. Home away from home

Our stay was terrific - waking up to the sounds of the howler monkeys followed by layers of bird songs was amazing! We loved our compact apartment that provided everything we needed. Having access to buses, taxis, beach routes was great. So much diversity all in one place. The Manual park tours is a must along with Finca Rocio coffee and spice tour. Both made our stay that much more culturally enriching!

Very nice property, hosts were very helpful. My only suggestion is it would’ve been good if there was a kettle to make tea. Instead I had to boil water in a pot on the stove while the coffee maker was used to make coffee.

Cozy apartment with great views

This property is a gem. Pictures do not do the place justice. The location is great and felt safe, very walkable to many good restaurants and supermarkets. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Joshua the host was very responsive and helped us book a tour and allowed for an earlier check in! Would happily stay here again if we are back in town. For those travelling with younger kids, the apartment does get a lot of light, and they woke up at 6 every day.

Wonderful stay!

This apartment is in the perfect location in Manuel Antonio as long as you don’t mind driving or taking a taxi to the beach. You technically can walk but phew it’s hot there! It has tons of restaurants and shops walking distance and you‘re away from the crazy busy beaches. The apartment is nicely stocked with everything you’ll need if you want to cook. Definitely set up the hammock in the living room. I’m now questioning why every house doesn’t have a hammock in the living room! The pool is amazing! Warm and clean. I spent hours there looking at the sloths, monkeys, and birds that live in the trees behind it. My only complaint has nothing to do with the apartment. I didn’t consider the fact that it was spring break for Easter and that in Costa Rica the week before is considered Holy Week so not only were there a ton of tourists there was also a ton of locals coming for their spring break. I read ahead of time that Manuel Antonio was crowded but this added to it and boy was the beach overly crowded the entire stay. But the vibes were great, and everyone was in a fantastic mood, which led to a very festive atmosphere. If you go to Manuel, Antonio, national park, heed the warnings and park down by the park entrance. They will try to get you to start parking up where the beach starts telling you that you can’t drive to the park which is not true. You’ll end up walking over a kilometer in the heat just to get to the park if you listen to them, just keep driving until you can’t drive anymore and there’s a parking lot right in front of the park. Overall this was a fantastic end to my trip in Costa Rica!!

New Year 2023 vacation

This room very well located within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, ATM, shopping, and sight-seeing. The room has all the basics and full glass sliding doors that open to the jungle. Fun watching monkeys from our room.

Horrific

Almost no element of the original description contained an ounce of truth. There is no sea view. The pool is not in use. The beach is not close - it is down a mountain and u need a bus or taxi to get there. I really cannot comprehend what they mean by “recently renovated” as everything inside is decades old. Also, this is not an apartment but more like a cave - a balcony and some old room converted. It is dark. It is moldy. No room to prepare anything in kitchen. 1 spoon. Plastic crockery. ! Lol u cant make this up. Inhuman, indecent, uncivilised. An animal could not live in it.

Ideal Location

From booking to arriving the communication with Geralyn was good. Our location suited our needs in Manuel Antonio. It was convenient for main road access, groceries, National Park and some beaches via car. The pool was a nice bonus. Geralyn helped us book wonderful tours. Her knowledge and organization was greatly appreciated. The place was clean. We would recommend this spot, very good value for the rental fees. Pura Vida!
