Family Stay in New Home

Six of us spent a week at this newly listed home, four adults and two teenagers, and we were never the least bit crowded. The first thing to say is that the pictures don't do justice to this exceptional property. The design is original, open, multi-level and filled with light from all sides. The furnishings in every room are unique and carefully selected. All the rooms have ceiling fans and the HVAC is adjusted to your need. The lighting can set any mood you choose. The kitchen is equipped with every kind of cookware, tableware, cutlery you could ever need; the patio has a fully functioning grill with all its accessories. The patio surrounds the house and has a perfect pool. The view looks over the Manuel Antonio soccer field and you can watch pick-up games from the balcony. There are two markets within three and five minutes walking. The washer and dryer are a blessing you don't find in many rentals. Jack is a responsive and charming host, and the on-site staff are accessible 24/7. Centric location just off the main drag about half-way between the National Park and Quepos. Parking on the street directly in front of the property. We all hope to go back for a longer stay.

Perfect spot in Manuel Antonio Costa Rica

The property was very nice, the pictures don't do it justice. It is a beautifully maintained property with every attention to detail. The space, the furnishings, the well appointed kitchen, the decorating and artwork, the accent lighting in the evenings, the Bluetooth sound system to play your favorite music, the air conditioning, the outdoor patio and seating areas, the cocktail pool, (2) outdoor showers (1 by the pool and the other near the entrance to clean off after return from the beach. There was every comfort of home. There were only (2) of us but the house would comfortably handle (8) guests. The communication with Jack was excellent, very responsive, informative and timely. He recommended a flight from San Jose to Quepos via Sansa airlines - 20 minute flight vs. 3 hour drive and arranged for pickup at the Quepos airport. Between Jack and Jose they recommended and handled all of our local excursions with pick-up and drop off right at the house. They also recommended restaurants within walking distance as well as in Manuel Antonio area. Jose researched and advised us of where to get a Covid test prior to our return flight to the US. The location of the house is in a nice neighborhood, a block from the main bus line that takes you to wherever you need in the Manuel Antonio or Quepos areas. We felt very safe in the area whether walking during the day or in the evening on our way to dinner. We definitely enjoyed our stay in the area at the house and would make this a top destination on a return trip to Costa Rica. We give our highest recommendation.

Just perfect!

Our family of 5 stayed in the gorgeous, spacious and beautifully appointed home in Manuel Antonio. We appreciated all of the lovely spaces to relax in, both inside and outside of the house. There is beautiful art everywhere and the home was lovingly designed with gorgeous details (staircase, fixtures, lighting). We enjoyed seeing toucans in the morning and using the pool and the outside showers. The house is a half a block from several convenience stores, restaurants, taxis and the local bus. It is fully air conditioned and cleaned daily. You even have access to a washer and dryer, which for us was very useful since we stayed there for two weeks. Bryan, who maintains the house, even offered to wash our towels for us. So nice! We really liked being in a neighborhood, where we could observe the locals playing soccer and enjoying their community center. Jack and Jose are happy to welcome you and to arrange anything you need! We felt so lucky to have found this fabulous home and to meet these awesome people!

AMAZING!!

We are not even all the way home and I am compelled to write a review! Can I give it 6 stars?? My family including a 16 yr old and 18 yr old wanted to go to CR for spring break. We have been all over the world but not there. With only a week, we decided to stay in one place. We decided on Manuel Antonio after much research. Finding a house took only minutes. We saw this house and decided that it LOOKED like the location and accomodations were perfect. That is an understatement. The hose and the services far surpassed our expectations. Jack, the owner, was VERY helpful prior to our arrival. Jose, the concierge, was there to greet us and, helped us throughout our trip with activities reservations and questions re the house and area. The house was serviced regularly so that laundry and dishes were done at our return from a busy day. He was great! The house is beautiful and practical. The kitchen has all appliances, pots, pans, etc. There is a bathroom off of every bedroom. There are ceiling fans and a/c throughout. the house is beautifully appointed and furnished. I am a VRBO owner. I know how guests have certain standards. This house certainly met all of ours. Pura Vida! Laurel

Excellent accommodations, just as described and pictured online

Jack, Jose, and Bryan were great to work with. Good communication. Clean living space with a modern flare. The second floor patio and pool were a nice touch, along with the fire pit to gather around in the evenings.

Our family had a great vacation in Manuel Antonio. The house is beautiful and clean, kitchen has all of the necessary equipment and dishes to cook meals. The house is only few minutes away driving to Manuel Antonio Park and Espadilla Beach.
