"La ubicación de los apartamentos es muy buena, cerca de la playa, centros comerciales y zona de ocio. Sin embargo, aunque limpio, el apartamento estaba un poco “dejado”, ventanas impracticables, algún accesorio de baño caído, bombillas fundidas... Carece de aire acondicionado y wifi, pero eso ya lo pone en la descripción de los apartamentos."

"The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, impeccably clean with fresh crisp bedding and plenty of towels. Lots of thoughtful touches and generous tea and coffee supplies. Super easy arrival and departure and Thommo replied promptly to all communication including putting us in touch with a local travel and tour operator for excursions. Recommend the half day snorkel tour from Palm Cove. Highly recommend this apartment nestled amongst lush tropical gardens and pools. "

"Whilst the accommodation was ok, there were quite a few maintenance issues that need correcting. The lockbox refused to open despite many attempts on arrival and departure to open it. If another tenant had not assisted me I have no idea how long I would have been waiting out front to enter. The owner was informed and offered a gift card, but nobody attended to fix it while I was there. "

"There was very little information on the site about the property so I didn't realise that it was 2 storeys with 3 bedrooms upstairs - fortunately there was a bedroom downstairs. The location was excellent and the host was very helpful and responsive. It's in a lovely position on the canals."
