As we drove along the Noth eastern border with China, I always felt somewhat uneasy when coming into tiny towns in the middle of nowhere with massive government buildings such as the ones in Muong Khuong.

#TroveOn This is looking at the bridge crossing from Lao Cai, Vietnam to Hekou, China. Apparently this is a place where it is fairly easy to cross going either way. The border opens at 7am in Vietnam which is also 8am in China. This is supposed to make it easy for shopping.
