Our stay was amazing! The staff at Stella was attentive and kind. The rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. If and when we come back to Sapa we will definitely stay here again.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the standout. Rooms were good, breakfast good and lots of variety, location handy to small shops and restaurants, nice view down on to the lake.
