The interiors are elegant and welcoming, equipped with every comfort. The living room features a large fireplace with barbecue, dining table, Hi-Fi system with speakers, and a 65" TV. The kitchen includes a 32" TV. On the patio, you’ll find a dining table, a game table, and two comfortable double sofa beds, perfect for relaxing outdoors.



The two ground-floor bedrooms have TVs, silent minibars, ceiling fans, and fireplaces. One bathroom offers a bathtub with TV, while one bedroom features a private SPA with sauna, Turkish bath, shower, and chromotherapy, ideal for moments of relaxation and well-being.



Guests have access to the entire building, two chlorine-free saltwater pools, two outdoor kitchens with barbecue and wood-fired oven for pizza and bread, a gazebo, and the entire agricultural area of the estate.



The experience is completed by a professional indoor kitchen, high-speed satellite connection, and advanced home automation system with voice controls for lighting and surveillance, also manageable via iPad.
