"The property was perhaps a bit smaller than the photographs indicated, but it did not really matter, everything was very stylish. I was a splendid place to stay and all the family enjoyed it enormousely and made full use of the facilities, pool, hot tub, steam room, etc and being able to step outside the back door strait into the sea was special. Auch gab es Kaffee für den ersten Tag. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr gut. "Wir waren 7 Personen hatten 1 Woche Ferien und durften einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der tollen Villa erleben. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Bereits beim Empfang erwartete uns ein schöner Willkommens-Korb der Vermieterin mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Das Haus (mit Ping-Pong, Billiard-Tisch und vielen Spielen), die Zimmer, die Küche, Badezimmer (mit Haarföhn/Frottées/Standtücher) sind komplett ausgestattet, uns hat es nichts gefehlt. Wi-Fi/WLAN hat immer störungsfrei...

"Bien comunicada por carretera con Cagliari, hemos podido disfrutar de una casa con todas las comodidades para pasar unos dias de descanso. A destacar la gentileza de la casera y la limpieza de la casa. En temporada baja hay que recorrer entre 3 y 8 km para encontrar restaurantes y supermercados."

"Casetta indipendente molto vicina alle spiagge del Poetto e a mezz'ora da quelle di Villasimius. La casa è pulita e attrezzata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare e c'è anche un bel giardino per cenare all'esterno durante le calde sere d'estate. Supermercati bar, ristoranti e locali molto vicini. I proprietari sono gentili e pronti a dare consigli."

In order to reach the nearest bus station, supermarket or restaurants, you only need walk for approximately 10 minutes. Our host, Stefano, is a very communicative, friendly and helpful person. "Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft um ein herziges Häuschen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem kleinen Pool. Im und ums Haus ist alles vorhanden. Wcpapier/Haushaltspapier/Servietten/ Putzmittel/ Abwaschmittel/Duschmittel/ Waschmaschine u Waschpulver. Genügend Möglichkeiten zum Wäsche aufhängen. Ausserdem hat es einen Trockner. Die Küche dürfte besser ausgestattet sein. Das Haus liegt abseits und man braucht ein Auto. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir können das gut weiterempfehlen."

"I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach ."

"The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. There is a really nice beach directly infront of the house which was never crowded and we could have space for ourselves. there is a shop with all the necessities 5 minutes away from the house. To the city centre of Cagliari it is definetly too far...
