  • Stunning 2 bedroom villa with private pool 5m x 3m approx. (sole use ) and just a short stroll to the beautiful beach . The garden area is private, fully enclosed, and equipped with a stone-built barbecue and patio furniture. Terrace with panoramic views for alfresco dinning The sea viea is partial obsucured by trees at present due to growth This villa is on a small panoramic residential complex and is finished to a high standard throughout with all modern amenities. Tastefully decorated, fully furnished, fitted kitchen, air conditioning, accommodation consisting of living-dining room, with panoramic sea views, and amazing sunsets in the evening One king size bedroom, one twin bedroom with small double and single bed, cot and highchair also available. Parking directly outside the villa. It is just a 5 min stole to the beach, close to a village, and 25 minutes from Cagliari .

Lovely villa in a peaceful neighbourhood close to the stunning beaches of Sardinia. Jo and Francesco were brilliant and the villa is equipped with everything you could need. Highly recommended.

Sehr schöne Finca mit Pool, Küche und allem was man so braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben.

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Schöner erfrischender Pool, Toller Service mit Francesco vor Ort, Küche hat alles was man braucht. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Wichtig: Ein Auto ist Pflicht vor Ort!

Lovely villa

Good communication beforehand from Joyce, Thank you. On arrival we were met by Francesco, he was very helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. Very well equipped kitchen. The pool was delightful after a days touring, with the garden offering plenty of shade and situated in a very quite area.We had a short city break in Cagliari for 2 nights which was excellent and then hired a car, so enjoyed the peace and quite at the villa. We had a lovely time and would recommend.

Perfect house for vacation

Second stay at this villa. It is perfect for our family vacation. We love the outdoor area with the balcony and pool. Good location with close access to the small lagoon Baia Azzurra that is lovely for snorkeling and swimming. You need to have car to get to local supermarkets and larger beaches. But with car it doesn’t take long to reach Sardinias beautiful beaches. Overall a great house and location.

Schöne Tage im Haus und Garten

Es war eine perfekte Lage für unsere Ausflüge. Wir fühlten uns von Francesko hervorragend betreut. Es war einfach nur entspannt und schön. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und wir das Haus und die Nachbarschaft. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Olaf aus Lübeck und Frau sowie die Kinder (6 und 9)

lovely stay in Sardinia

The property is located in a super quiet area, 10mins walk down to the local beach. The Villa has everything you need, sun lounger are super comfy and some days it was difficult to budge from the pool. only point id raise is that a car is a must, beyond the local beach everything is a drive. thanks Joyce, just what we needed.

Our stay didn’t get off to a great start when, just a few days before the start date, we received paperwork notifying us of an additional (unexpected) cash payment on arrival, to cover cleaning costs. The description of the property is inaccurate as it is not a “stunning new villa” and there is no sea view.The interior is looking tired but was clean and well equipped, although only one roll of toilet paper supplied. The outside spaces were lovely and well maintained as was the pool. Francesco made our stay very easy and was always quick to respond. WiFi was excellent.

Incredible location and home for a relaxing holiday!

We had the most wonderful stay in Sardinia and the home was absolutely perfect for us! There were some lovely spots close by and, with a car, it was very easy to explore many other beautiful areas. The coastlines and views from the roads are stunning! I can’t recommend Sardinia enough and this spot is perfect. The pool was perfect to cool off and chill in, the bbq was ideal and you have everything you need in the home to enjoy your stay to the max. The only thing I’d say is that it can get very hot in the bedrooms, despite fans and aircon (in the living room).

Beautiful Holiday

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa with a well-appointed kitchen, exceptional space, and beautiful location. Local beach was 5-10 minute walk and definitely worth visiting. I would strongly recommend renting a car as we paid an exceptional amount for taxis to Cagliari and Villasimius. We had difficulty arranging taxis home from Villasimius and for our return trip to the airport; would rely on rental car next time.

Lovely little bolt hole

We had a lovely time staying in this villa, it’s in an ideal spot for exploring all of south Sardinia’s beaches! The kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve come across in a holiday rental which was very helpful. The accommodation itself is in a very peaceful neighbourhood, with a short walk to two beautiful beaches. It’s ideally set up for a family of four like ours and our children adored the pool! We did have one small issue while we were there with the local water supply (an unfortunate issue with the pump for the neighbourhood, could not be helped!), but the property manager was very quick to respond and reassured us. Overall a lovely stay, thank you!

Good but didn't quite match expectations.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than the 5 claimed. The property kitchen is looking a little tired and we couldn't find the advertised panoramic sea view! The addition of a very substantial cleaning and service fee (not shown on VRBO) was at best irritating. Notwithstanding these points a good choice for a stay in this area.

Keurig, schone accommodatie

Accommodatie was zoals op de foto's: schoon, netjes, fijne ontvangst en dichtbij de zee. Francesco is erg aardig, flexibel en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst waren er wat kleine problemen met de airco en boiler maar er werd gelijk gezocht naar een oplossingen, er werd duidelijk gecommuniceerd en naar tevredenheid gecompenseerd. Wij hebben erg genoten van alles lieve straat katjes die gezellig langs kwamen. De tuin is ruim en mooie verdeling tussen zon en schaduw. Het huis is zeer compleet met alles wat je nodig hebt. Kortom: een echte aanrader!

Stunning views, quiet neighbourhood. Home from home

This is a home from home. Well thought out in terms of amenities/equipment. Beds extremely comfortable. Stunning views in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly people around always willing to say hello/stop and chat. The garden is just beautiful and offers a good amount of shade and versatile seating areas. This is clearly a home that has been well loved and well thought out for guests. Francesco was super helpful and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. Booking was easy and Joyce very helpful with the queries we had. We found the local beach (5 minute walk) to be perfectly formed - rocky with a few sandy parts making it quiet enough to avoid the crowds. Would recommend use of a car to explore Sardinia which is just the most stunning island.

Lovely Visit!

My family of three (2 adults and child) loved the home very much! Communication with both Jo and Francesco was stellar. The home is quaint and in a pretty private area. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed the proximity to small grocery stores and an easy drive to beautiful beaches. We had never visited Sardinia before, but we would absolutely stay in the home again. I would say that the description could be updated a bit, as there is not much of an ocean view as trees have grown in. Additionally, the hot tub was inoperable- though it is listed as having one. Air conditioner worked exceptionally well, and there is everything you’d need in the kitchen to make an easy stay! Thanks so much!

This is a gorgeous apartment in a brilliant location. The terraces are really lovely and the huge stone BBQ is perfect for outdoors life. The pool is lovely for cooling down in and there are 4 sun loungers to chill out or heat up on. The rooms are a good size, have a pleasant and homely feel. and all you need in terms of utensils, cutlery, crockery etc are all there. It is clean and there is air con.The location is superb. You do need a car. A 5 minute walk down the path takes you to a beautiful beach with excellent snorkelling. There is a granite van there most of the time and these are delicious. Try them all! You can walk to the marina and restaurants- but as th walk is along a main road with no real pavements, it might not be for everyone, most will prefer to drive. The coast to the east is jaw dropping and full of coves and sandy beaches. Villasimius is a must for more snorkelling. Driving to the south west leads to Chia and Nora with a Roman villa- again - beautiful beaches!The host and their support were helpful and very welcoming.A big yes recommendation and we really hope to return.

Nette Unterkunft mit kleinen Abzügen

Das Haus ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Küchengeräte etc. funktionierten einwandfrei. Der Pool ist zwar sehr klein, aber genügt zum planschen und abkühlen (nicht zum schwimmen). Kleines Manko: Es fehlen Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, sodass Lüften abends und nachts nicht möglich ist ohne zerstochen zu werden. Die Lage ist in einem Wohngebiet und dadurch eher abgelegen von einem Ort mit Restaurants. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Leider war die extra Cleaning Fee, die 170 Euro betrug, sehr versteckt im Inserat, sodass es eine kleine böse Überraschung für uns war als die Besitzerin uns darauf hinwies. Zudem musste es in Cash vor Ort gezahlt werden, was ich nicht erwarte, wenn ich über ein Online Portal buche. Vorm Check-In bekamen wir zudem nochmal einen extra Vertrag zur Unterschrift, der gar nicht zu unserer Buchung passte. Die Kommunikation dazu war zügig und wir konnten die Themen ( bis auf die Cleaning Fee) aus der Welt schaffen. Nichtsdestotrotz hat uns das gestört und Sorgen bereitet vorm Check In und könnte verbessert werden. Allgemein empfehle ich diese Unterkunft aber, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte werden.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, perfekt gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonderes Highlight: Der Pool und die Klimaanlage waren eine wohltuende Abkühlung während der heißen Nachmittage. ​Der Strand ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, und ein Supermarkt liegt etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an Francesco – er war super sympathisch und hat uns hervorragende lokale Tipps gegeben. ​Wir waren rundum begeistert und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

We only stayed for a few days, and we did enjoy it. However, we do feel that the garden and pool needs some maintenance. The olive tree leaves are forever falling into the pool which until the pump comes on makes it impossible to go in. It is a residential area, so you do get the usual noises from the residents and parking is on the road. We did read about the cleaning bill, so we cannot complain, but it's a lot of money for a small place and adds to the overall costs. The useful information could do with updating as well. Francesco, the local manager is very helpful and went out of his way to sort some issues out. But overall, for a couple it's a nice place to stay for a few days.

Die Lage im Süden war zu dieser Jahreszeit perfekt. Den Strand konnte man vom Haus aus nicht sehen, aber es gibt tolle Strände in nur wenigen Minuten per Auto erreichbar. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, mir als Koch fehlen immer wieder gute Messer. Rund um hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und der Süden war perfekt auch für unsere Kinder.
