A casa não tinha sido limpa antes de entrarmos, pois, para além do pó, cheirava ao mesmo.Estendal da roupa está num local que é molhado, aquando da rega automática. Alertado o anfitrião, a situação manteve-se. Resultado, tínhamos de tirar a roupa que estava a secar nos horários da rega,... que já sabíamos quais eram.O grelhador é apenas uma estrutura pequena de ferro, com 4 pés, não permitindo regulação de altura, pelo que não é muito adequado para iniciantes da grelha, pois, não é fácil regular o fogo.De resto, correu tudo bem. A casa é boa para o pretendido.

Lovely pool. It was 2.30m in deep end and 1m in the shallow. Lovely area. BBQ nice but lacking racks. Inside need a little tlc but it was serviceable. (Door handles loose) It was a walk to the beach area, not overly far but on a main road. Overall we had a lovely stay. The cleaning lady was lovely.

Villa Marinel

Lovely small villa in quiet location. Good size pool and gardens. Local to several golf courses and with two good cafes on site serving all day. Car advisable if you want the beaches and Vilamoura marina otherwise plenty of taxis available.

So many ants and bugs even tho we tried killing them Mattresses need renewing Many electric socket plugs loose No plug for kitchen sink Gardeners came in on Saturday Morning while we were there and 2 of us were still in bed. Very Noisy equipment was being used

Excellent home from home

The villa was very clean and tidy inside and out, there is everything you need to have a relaxing stay. The pool was clean and excellent to swim in or to just sit and paddle. The area around the villa has some excellent restaurants, bars and the golf course just up the road. We would definitely stay again.

Acceptable but could be better

Some issues upon arrival that we contacted the agent to resolve: - Main shower door doesn’t close and therefore water leaking : Proposal was that the shower needed to be replaced and will be done at the end of the season, we used a piece of elastic to close the doors whilst using, still not perfect but restricted amount of water leaking. - Electrics exposed in kitchen and children's bedroom. issues resolved promptly. - Cleaning wasn’t carried out on week one, towels and sheets not changed, contacted agent and cleaned on day 11 (of 14) towels changed but bedding not changed, bedding wasn’t changed for the duration of holiday. - Somebody was calling in daily to tidy up around the pool area (it didn’t need tidying), upon enquiry it turns out it is the owner, she lives in a property overlooking the Villa…. I found this a little odd that she would enter once we’d leave it felt like she was watching us from her balcony and when we left she’d call into the garden area!! Overall this Vila is located in a lovely quiet area, it needs a little bit of work to bring up to a standard to meet my expectations and the price being paid… I think the owner needs to leave the occupants to move the sun beds around where they see fit and also leave out any personal items around the pool.

Ideal villa for a couple

Apart from a few snags that would have been easily fixed, we enjoyed our stay at the villa. Double bed was very firm which did not really suit us, but that can be subjective. Would stay here again once snags were sorted.

Très bon séjour

Propriété agréable avec de magnifiques espaces extérieurs. La piscine (très grande) est bien conçue. La maison dispose de 2 chambres et d’un espace cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Elle est par contre sous équipée (cafetière à filtre à l'ancienne, une seule poêle, que de très grandes casseroles pour une maison destinée à un seul couple avec enfants, un Wi-Fi faiblard qui ne permet pas de visionner du streaming sur 2 appareils au même temps et la climatisation de la chambre parentale bruyante et sur le point de lâcher (celle de l’autre chambre a rendu l’âme à notre arrivée mais à vite été changée). Les + Superbe piscine Espaces verts magnifiques Emplacement à l’entrée de Vilamoura (proche de l’Aquashow et de l’A22). Ménage réalisé 3 fois par semaine Les - Beaucoup de fourmilières dans le jardin Une bac de de douche qui fuit Un Wi-Fi faiblard Les meubles du salon sont vraiment au bout de leur vie

Villa Marinel Vilamoura

Excellent 2Bed Villa. Great pool. Villa is very Private. Very clean. In first class condition. I would recommend villa Marinel to anyone wishing a great relaxing holiday. Paulo is a gem. So if you need anything at all he will be a great help to you.

Perfect villa

This is our second visit to this super villa which is perfect due to its location, private outdoor area and pool, lovely decor and cleanliness. We couldn’t ask for more. Communication with the managing agents was again fantastic and we love it that much we’ve already booked for next year.

Lovely property with beautiful garden and pool.

Property was very well equipped lovely pool lovely garden. We had quite bad weather and heating not work but they came & fixed the heating & bought an extra plug in heater for us.

Garten und Pool gut, Haus sollte grundgereinigt und saniert werden

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nucht wie vereinbart gewechselt. Die Matrazen müssen dringent ausgetauscht werden. Küchenutensilien waren sehr sperrlich vorhanden oder unbrauchbar.

Just perfect

On arrival it ticked every box we had, set in beautiful quiet grounds In a lovely quiet close. The villa was perfect for us family of 3. Pool is perfect to chill and the house is. Nice size. Walking distance to a few places to eat and drink and the big supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. Golf on the doorstep so perfect in every way. Would love to go back again

Lovely villa, beautifully kept gardens.

The villa was lovely and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. It had a very rustic feel about it with some nice old pieces of furniture. The bed covers could do with an update and there was some paint dust coming off lower walls where they had obviously been touched up. The cleanliness was good (some dusting and sweeping missed) and the cleaners came once while we were there on a day that suited us which was great. There was no information folder, only a sheet advising mostly what we couldn't do around the villa. Information regarding what to do with bins is absolutely necessary, it took us a couple of days to realise that there were large bins down the road which we used but we're still unsure if we were permitted to do so. Some ideas of nice places to eat, visit would be good too. Pool was brilliant and a good size. It was also cleaned twice while we were there. Garden is stunning, beautifully maintained and surrounds the property, loads of space for children to run around! Neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. Overall it was a great base, took care of all our needs and we'd happily stay again ☺️

Dangerous

Dangerous Villa with nice pool. We are disgusted with the lack of Duty of Care regarding our personal safety from the management company 'Vilamoura Villas'. We got electric shocks from the dishwasher. Their response was 'its never happened before' and 'its only static'. My wife was left scared and distressed when it happened to her. They were worried if they bought a new dishwasher it would be a waste of money fault persisted. I had to point out it could be the villa's wiring. On the 1st occasion they sent an odd job man to investigate within the hour. The 2nd time, 2 days passed. I wrote a complaint via email and did not get a response. They sent the odd job man out again who then decided the dishwasher was faulty. We did not have the use of the dishwasher for 4 days when they suddenly turned up and proudly changed it. We did not trust the odd job man and decided not to use the new machine for the remainder of the holiday for our own safety. Did We get an apology? No

Superbe Villa Marinel

Très jolie maison, très belle piscine et magnifique jardin. Maison confortable et bien équipée. Bien située à proximité du centre de Vilamoura et des sites à visiter L'absence d'accès internet est le seul petit bémol. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
