Very dated property think 1990s had not been used since last season - cleaned but not clean. Ants in kitchen. Probably getting a makeover soon as surrounding properties have already been done. Overpriced for what it is. Stayed in VDL & QDL, Vilasol not even close to being on par, bar is tired Oscar's and catered mostly to retired patrons Some damages but rectified, oven didn't work - it was replaced after a few days. No pool heating for duration, asked for partial refund from Mark the host but he refers me to the terms and cons of booking. No refund from host, Expedia did issue a token refund. Building works going on next door - very loud from early mor morning until late afternoon, should have been told about this before we arrived. Asked to be moved - couldn't be done as no other properties were available via host. Poor trip for us. Not a relaxing holiday, not value for money.

Lovely pool!

First impression the Villa is lovely and spacious. It is well furnished with good selection of tv channels if you want them. The pool was lovely and had the sun all day. Our 2 year old grandson loved it! You don’t need to heat it this time of year, it was a welcome temperature from the heat! There was plenty of kitchen equipment and BBQ was very good. The garden furniture is lovely. The bed in the master was comfortable but the downstairs double was very soft with no support, my son ended with a bad back. Negatives… towels were worn and thin, pool towels the same and some even had holes! The bedding not to our standard. The upstairs shower in particular did not drain away, no matter how quick you were. You ended standing in couple of inches of water. Lots of ants and mosquitoes to deal with.

Lovely villa

We had a great time at the villa. There were two couples with 4 children between 1 and 5. Great swimming pool and outside terrace area. Big bathrooms, and bedrooms. The resort itself is really nice, with a couple of nice restaurant/cafes on site.

Nice villa Beautiful gardens

Loved the villa but the outdoor space is perfect and feels very private and not overlooked, the villa is spacious clean and comfortable, a couple of small issues whilst there with sockets in the bathroom not working and drainage in the shower but nothing that impacted our holiday would definitely stay here again

Brilliant holiday!!!The house has everything you’d ever need and more (all modern appliances). We travelled with a baby, a cot was provided which was great as we thought it would just be a travel cot.The pool, table tennis & putting area provided hours of entertainment.Less than a 10 minute walk to the bakery/cafe, shop with lots of brands from the UK and a beautiful Italian restaurant ‘La Belle Fiore’.Overall we had the best time and can’t wait to visit again.

Wonderful stay

This is a beautiful villa in a gorgeous location. All amenities are provided, lovely pool and hot tub too. The development is great and has a couple of restaurants, cafes and a shop, but slightly further afield are many more options too. Mark is great and so welcoming, providing all information. Highly recommended!

Nice Property in Quiet Area

Stayed at this property in August (2024).The property is large,well equipped for families.The grounds are beautiful with a large pool, a hot tub, a mini putt golf course, a ping pong table and nice landscaping.Check in was seemless.The rooms are large,have more than adequate storage and the A/C units are all very strong.The house is perfectly situated in a quiet and serene neighbourhood with the golf course very close by! A couple things to note:We had arranged for the pool to be heated.once arrriving to the property we checked the pool temperature and it was very cold. After a number of messages with the host, we were told days later that the pool was indeed on and that the water was hot. Our kiddo (and the adults in group) found that the water wasn't bearable to be in for longer than 30 mins. Huge disapointment for us especially because a big part of why we booked this property was because it had a heated pool.Communication with the host broke down after trying to get the pool heat issue addressed.She flat out stopped responding to us. Not great for a family that is looking for some support.The hot tub was promised to be cleaned and working as well, that it was not. After the host did not respond to many messages, she randomly sent someone to turn on the hot tub, once we checked there was so much foam and debris in the tub,we opted to not go in. There is also an ant issue,inside/outside of the house,little ants on every surface.

Wonderful Holiday

Large, very spacious house with excellent facilities. The pool was perfect for all ages especially with the baby pool. Our grandson loved the ping pong and the putting green. A great holiday for 3 generations of family!! Would highly recommend

Perfect House

This house was absolutely amazing! Beautiful inside and out. A group of seven of us slept there very comfortably. Loved all the amenities like the pool and ping-pong table. Highly recommend it.

Lovely Villa - Great Location

I spent two weeks here with my wife, son and parents in law. The villa was lovely, well equipped and a perfect swimming pool for our group. The location was also great, quiet but close enough to town to make meals out and day trips easy. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful villa

We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful villa and didn’t want to leave. Lovely quiet location absolutely beautiful pool and gardens!! Best we’ve stayed in. We know the area well and it was a perfect location for us. Owner answered any questions straight away and house keeper was there for us at anytime. Will be coming back!

The villa is spacious, a fantastic location within the Vila Sol golf course & also to surrounding areas such as Vale De Lobo, Quinta da Lago and Vilamoura. All the bedrooms are a good size, with 3 large bathrooms. The kitchen is nice & well stocked with cookware, utensils and cutlery for by the pool or other areas. The outside area around the pool and putting green are amazing. Beautiful gardens, large pool with a perfect swimming area for children too. Mark the host is very communicative & helpful. Checkin and out was seamless. I would definitely booked again.

Beautiful area close to everything

We did not have a car but Uber was very fast and took us everywhere. We had a blast at the British Pub that was a quick walk from the house as well as a super cute cafe. We also had a nice time in the backyard by the pool.

Golf trip with sunshine and pool

Nice spacious villa (particularly for just 2 of us) in an ideal location to visit many of the best golf courses in the Algarve (all within 20 minutes) as well as being well placed to visit Almancil, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Quarteira and Vilamoura for the great restaurants available. Onsite faciltiies seem good too, although we didn't use them. Villa pool was a good size with a nice little baby pool area integrated. Living/dining area nice and spacious and for us the inclusion of SkySports was a big factor! 4th bedroom is a little small and doesn't have ensuite or balcony, but all other bedrooms are spacious with lots of hanging space, 2 house bathrooms and an en-suite in the master were all spacious. Communication with the host was excellent and the house manager greeted us shortly after arrival and was available throughout our stay, as needed. No hesitation in recommending this property.

Fantastic villa in all aspects

We had a great holiday staying in the Villa. The pool and outdoor area were as good as we’ve had from a Villa in the algarve. Big pool, lovely maintained garden with high quality furniture. The hot tub was also a good addition. Inside the house was perfect for what we needed as a group of 7 including kids. Comfy beds, plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. The area around the Villa was lovely and very safe especially the little cafe 5 mins away which was great for food and drinks. Close to all the other areas like the marina and Quinta providing you have a car. Communication with the owner was really good so have no hesitations recommending the property and we will be back.

Perfect fmaily villa and easily contactable helpful owner.

The villa was a great size for our family of 8 (6 adults, and a 17 & 11 year old). The outdoor area was really spacisous and the pool is the biggest we have had in our many villa holidays. It comfortably accomodated all of us and friends who stayed locally. the little putting green and table tennis table got a lot of use as well! villa is also really spacious and clean. TV had sport channels as well which went down a storm wth the football lovers amongst us. The area is nice and quiet with a little shop and couple of restaurants in walking distance. we ate out a lot and Uber's were easy, reliable and very reasonably priced. Overall i would highly recommend this villa and am already looking to book again for next year.

Very good

The house was pristine, with a tidy environment, a beautiful garden, and a stunning swimming pool. The beds, linens, and towels were all of high quality. The location of the house is in a peaceful residential neighborhood, although it is a considerable distance from both the city and the beach, as well as shopping facilities. One aspect not mentioned in the description, which could be significant for some future guests, is that since the house is close to the airport of Faro many flight paths are right above the house, which can result in notable noise, even as early as 6 in the morning. Furthermore, there were minor issues with the house. Par example, the power outlets in the bathrooms were not functioning. The air conditioning in the two rooms on the ground floor did not work for 4-5 days. The kitchen was equipped with an excellent refrigerator and stove. However, there was a shortage of certain items such as a mixer and a garlic press. Additionally, the largest cooking pot was not adequately sized, presenting a challenge when attempting to cook pasta for eight people. Most of the wine glasses provided were made of plastic, a choice likely influenced by the pool area. Nonetheless, wine does not taste as good when consumed from plastic. On a positive note, the gas grill was exceptional and operated without any problems. Communication with the host, Carla, was highly effective. I would recommend that guests be informed in advance when garden or pool work is scheduled. O

Beautiful Villa with Great Pool & Garden

We had a fantastic stay at this Villa. The amenities are fantastic with the pool, hot tub, bbq and patio area all excellent for adults and kids. Loads of space inside as well. The host and and property manager were very helpful before and during our stay with a late change accommodated without any fuss. Highly recommended.
