Thank you Brad, great week at Lil Q.Perfect for two people.All very smart and new. Very clean and private.Lovely hot shower and very large comfortable bed.The small patio was perfect for sitting out in the sun, of which there was plenty.

stayed here for 1 week it was such a treat, extremely quiet beautiful grounds . host were around if needed and very nice and helpful. very clean and comfortable, would stay here again no problems. Debs and Randy

The cottage was very nice and had a comfortable bed. Our hosts were kind, friendly, attentive and respected our privacy. They provided many extras that I requested The property is beautiful with birds, rose bushes and a hummingbird to enjoy. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Many hikes, walks and beaches nearby. The Farmers Market on Saturday is a lot of fun. I highly recommend it.

Nice Place to Stay

The cottage is clean, quiet and comfortable for two people. The outdoor space is a perfect place for coffee or a drink. The secluded beach nearby is a lovely place to relax. The area offers lots of gluten free options (which was important to us).

Excellent value.

We were very pleased with how clean and quiet this stay was. Separate from the main home and private. Close to food and shopping. When in the area again we will definately book this suite again.

Great Host

We stayed here during the winter and had a wonderful experience. There are plenty of great places to explore in the area. Brad went above and beyond by shoveling the snowy walkway, ensuring we had a clear path to our vehicle.

A great base for exploring the area.

This cottage was very well equipped with many modern touches. It was private and very quiet. It was a very quick drive to town and the local beaches.

Lovely little garden suite. Comfortable, and well supplied. You’ll need a car to get into town but it’s a quick drive.

Hidden Gem

Properly is exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, clean and understated place with a small kitchen to relax and get a feel of life in Qualicum Beach. It is conveniently located off the edge of town but just close enough to the beaches and conveniences. Excellent!

Qualicum Beach Cottage

Really enjoyed our stay. Place is very beautiful and a great place to stay for a few days. The cottage is clean and fully equipped. The property manager, gets back to you asap soon as you need anything. Excellent service. Thank you for a great stay. We will return.

Lil Q was absolutely perfect! Quaint, quiet and comfortable. Just an amazing little place . My husband and I stayed 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. The cottage is so comfy and clean and cozy. Close to everything and Brad was an amazing host. In my selfish thinking I don’t want to tell people how amazing our stay was but I feel this place is too awesome to keep it to ourselves. You will not be disappointed with this stay!

What a quaint comfy modern cottage with such a peaceful vibe. Cottage details nicely done. Open concept perfect for 2. The private deck with Rufous hummingbird visits was so special in AM and PM. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Brad!

The Little Q cottage is a lovely place to stay in Qualicum Beach! It is a quiet & serene, setting, and just a five minute drive to the beach. -The place has an architectural feel to its design inside & maximizes the studio layout. It is in a side yard to the main house, but nicely separated on the property.-The fixtures are lovely and the feature wall behind the bed area adds to the living space appeal. -The kitchen is well laid out and an island is part of it for you to perch and have your meals. -The king bed is comfortable, something everyone wants to know about when they consider renting. The air conditioner is a nice addition and entirely necessary because of the heat in the summer. It is very effective and quiet. (Close the bathroom door to help). -Netflix is provided for the unit, and the TV a good size. -The only thing I missed was a dishwasher, but I see that space was at a premium. -there are deck chairs to sit out on the patio, but I would bring an umbrella to ward off the heat and sun. -Brad and Amy are prompt to respond to any questions or needs you might have regarding the unit. They gave us helpful suggestions about interesting activities in and around the area.-an enjoyable stay!
