There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) "The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

"The place was very clean and welcoming. They had a cute amenities area and slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. The only issue we had was it was extremely hot and humid and only 1 bedroom had an AC unit. The ac unit in the living room was not doing a good job of cooling the place down. So just be aware if you’re arriving in the summer time, we spent all of our time in the one air conditioned bedroom to escape the heat."

"Picture of pool was misrepresented and unusable. Upon arrival issue reported and remained unresolved. Chair cushion eat in kitchen were dirty and stained. Yard had not been maintained. Pool had tape holding up liner. I would not recommend this property. "

"Had a wonderful stay in Niantic! The home was spotless, quiet, and felt so fresh the moment we walked in. (Clean and fresh is a must for me and everything was met!) The location couldn’t have been better; just a short walk to the ocean/boardwalk and close to downtown shops and restaurants. It was the perfect relaxing getaway. "The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired.There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit. In addition, the listing advertised air conditioning, but the seasonal AC units had not yet been installed, making it difficult to cool the place down and sleep comfortably.As a final first...
