"Man kann alles nur mit den meisten Sternen bewerten. Eine Gastgeberin wie Penny kann man sich nur wünschen. Um die Jahreszeit war es schon recht früh dunkel. Alles kein Problem so gegen 16:00 h wieder einkehren, Kessel an teatime im Wohnzimmer sitzen und sich wohlfühlen. Bei der Anreise beim eintreten begrüßte uns schon der Tannenbaum. "Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. The amenities were excellent and Laura was very sweet…loved the goodies left for us! We took lots of amazing walks…favorite was the “Winnie-the-Pooh” walk in Ashdown forest nearby.
