"Home was great except for the lack of some kitchen items needed to cook. Please note there is no can opener, no baking dishes (besides an old metal disposable baking pan), and no spatulas for baking or oven kits. The baking piece really needs to be addressed."

The space was not pre-heated for us when we arrived, and it took the first night to get things warmed up. A little hard to manage the temperature with the in wall heaters, space heaters, and no central thermostat. Great water pressure and hot water temperature. "
