"On arrival, the room was FULL of dead bugs everywhere. Hundreds. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Kitchen sink had sticky red substance on it. Kitchen counters had dusty layer. Microwave readout didn't work so you had no idea of cooking time. No way to set it. Dryer did not work. When I contacted the company that managed it and told them about all the dead bugs and the rest of the unclean issues, they assured me they would have someone out to deep clean first thing in the morning. Didn't happen....

"The view from the balcony was nice, ocean from the side. The bed was great and it was the best stocked kitchen in a VRBO that we have ever had. Kristen was terrific and very responsive.
