This trip experience at Garza Blanca has been the most amazing experience our family had in a long time. The service, security, the food and facility amenities are more than a five start resort. This the perfect place for family with young children and friends. Our kids ages ranging from 10 to 6 yrs old. Garza Blanca gave us the attention is hard to get in the states or any other country. We were truly treated as a FAMILIA. Everyone works so hard to give you the best possible service. We are thankful for all the waitress, bartenders and staff. Muchísimas Gracias a Fernando, Oswaldo, Maria at Gourmet Hall. We enjoyed a fresh catch Sea bass 3 night out of our 5 nights. Sarai, Eduardo and everyone from the beach restaurant. Muchas Gracias por sus atenciones. Our home profession is based on science and finding a knowledgeable massage therapist is quite difficult sometimes. I highly recommend Nayeli for a massage therapist. Her magical hands and energy speaks volumes.

Amazing service by the most courteous staff! The property is beautiful and exttemely clean - quite new and superbly maintained. Food is mostly excellent in quality and quantity- could actually reduce the serving size in Hiroshi (less rice in sushi) and the steakhouse (14 oz option only for aged steak). Even if you purchased the all inclusive option, the servers will bring an itemized bill each time you purchase drinks at the bar or eat at the restaurant andyou have to sign it. There is a small resort fee for each night. Rooms, facilities like the fitness room and swimming pools are lovely. The beach is nice with white sand but a bit rocky in the water. The stone flooring by the pool gets super slippery and i saw 2 kids falling pretty hard. There is no buffet lunch or dinner restaurants - but you can visit the sister resort's or do food truck or room service. It is advisable to book restaurants several days before you actually arrive. Butler service was great.activities were good but dont expect late night parties at bars - it's not geared towards that kind of ambiance. They do promote time share presentations but you can opt to skip. The carousel at the front was a nice added feature!

Very far away from everything. Staff was not friendly. Taxi drivers kept “recommending” tourist spots and activities and that’s NOT what I wanted to do. I wanted something local and made it clear. They took me to tourist spots where their friends worked. Another time taxi service was not on time for the airport. Was not offered spa service discount. Was not offered anything in exchange for the room upgrade that I declined (chose to stay in my own room because I wanted two beds instead of one). Waiters were very slow. Won’t stay here again.

This was our second visit. There was a problem with our reservation, the main supervisor at check in was extremely unfriendly and unresponsive. After hours we were finally able to check in, she gave us our room key and that was it. Did not tell us where to go or who could help us. I found a bell hop who grabbed our luggage and led us to our rooms. We first visited when this hotel had just opened and it was amazing. No complaints. But now in order to have dinner reservations you have to get them through sales department which try to lure you into the 4 hour sales pitch. Diana was relentless and would not accept no for an answer. She made our dinner reservations all around 9:00 at night…we had 3 kids with us. We had told her this would definitely not work. So we walked into every restaurant we wanted to eat at and made our own reservations around 6:00 every night! Such a scam and we were so over her by day 2. Everything else was excellent. Dao was our favorite restaurant. Shoutout to Alonso at the Lobby bar for making excellent old fashions. He worked so hard being the only bartender with a crowded full bar. I also suggest NOT to get the mini massages at the pool. My husband and I both got one. We tipped $20 and the female masseuse talked trash about me In Spanish. He also screwed up my back, he pushed his elbow so hard into my shoulder blades it moved two ribs out of position. I was in pain all of vacation which was 3 weeks ago and have spent $400 of therapy to fix it.

Property was really nice! The rooms are beautiful! Hot tubes in the pool area are actually hot. Breath-taking garden views with a beautiful hammock. The beach needs to be clean more often as the sand around the volley ball had a lot of rocks, painful when playing beach volley ball. They took down the volley ball net even though we told them we wanted to continue to play.

Our family stay at Garza Blanca was an outstanding experience, with Felix providing exceptional service at the Gourmet Hall. Alvaro and Eli, the attentive butlers, seamlessly enhanced the experience with their quick response and assistance in reserving restaurants. Their efficiency extended to arranging seamless room service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious one-bedroom accommodation with an ocean view added a touch of luxury, and the superb service and delectable food at the steakhouse further contributed to an unforgettable stay. While the experience at the Japan restaurant was okay, it fell short of our expectations, not reaching the same level of greatness as the other dining options. Nevertheless, Garza Blanca continued to impress overall with its exceptional service, breathtaking views, and a truly comfortable retreat for our family. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for creating such memorable stays.

Check in was terrible. Wrong room and waited 30 minutes. Food was overpriced and reservations were difficult to get. For a Mexican resort i thought staff was terrible. We ended up switching rooms and in that switch one of my shirts went "missing". I would not stay here again if you paid me

I liked butters availability, nearest to the beach, cleaned regularly, food and drinks around the pool. On the other hand smoking area is very limited for a 5 star hotel ( only next to the carousel where kids are playing or in the sun next to the beach with no ash trays around)

Will never be staying here again.
I will never stay at this hotel again. I have been coming since they opened and each and every time I think the issues are a one time thing and it will get better and it never does. The staff here is the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. The hotel cannot even explain what the bill means or what is on it. I was brought down to review a bill 3 different times and then again at checkout. No one could explain all of the charges. I was supposed to have all inclusive yet was not allowed to have breakfast the morning I checked out. When asking the front desk agent, Kevin, to explain the charges because he was showing me two different bills he called me high maintenance under his breath. The complete lack of customer service here is appalling. At the same time this was happening a drunk man staying at the hotel projectile vomited all over the lobby. I was staying here because they promised to make it right after the last time I stayed and they messed up my reservation. This was the last time. The other options in this price range in Cancun are light years ahead of this one both atmosphere wise and professional courtesy wise.

I would not recommend coming here with your family if you have kids. Very boring nothing is planned for the kids to do. Hotel gives out a lot of misinformation. No one gets back to you when you call front desk or need something for your room. They always try to up-sell you on everything even when it’s all inclusive. It was the worst resort of all the 10 times I been to Mexico. Would not recommend at all. From the first day checking in to the last day checking out there was some type of issue. They called my room every morning at 8am to have us come so they can sell time share woke up kids and at night at 11:30 to see if we can come down for time share meeting. We paid all inclusive and when we got there they said there was a mix up and had to pay again for all inclusive. The kids were so bored they have nothing for them to do during the day and at night there is no entertainment at either hotel they have live music at the bar. What kid wants to sit on a couch and listen to music being played on a piano at a bar. Very disappointed. Also very over priced compared to other resorts and what you get.

The food was horrible. I feel like the food is there just to keep you alive. Save your money do not do all inclusive. The Chinese restaurant is good the service and hospitality overall is great. The suite was amazing. But the food is nasty asf. Also check in with concierge to get information about the property and discounts.

Our experience in general was good! We are glad we choose Garza Blanca ! The property is brand new and stylish . We had two bedroom suit and it was gorgeous. I’m very picky person , but the hotel itself and our rooms were very clean ! For me that was a bless . Plenty of pools and space , modern facilities, pretty friendly stuff . But there are some cons as well. The food was not good at all. The variety and the quality as well . For our family that was a struggle. We didn’t like their fruits and veggies at all . I don’t even talk about organic / natural options. We met a few families there with the same issue . That was a problem to get a fresh milk for the kids . We like their deserts though. Another thing that they don’t have a Convenient store at the property. I had to take a cap and go to Walmart to get some basic stuff for us and baby , since the convenient store at the next door property was not good . We’ve been to many different five star hotels and all of them offered nice convenient stores where you can get all you need and even more. I was surprised not to find it here . Also a big issue for us was inability to swim in the sea. It was full of seaweed and rocks. The water was very murky, unfortunately. We swam only in pools (( Plenty of people were complaining about it either .
