"This property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood near a walking trail. The indoor area is small but lovely and decorated with charm. The property includes an outdoor courtyard with chairs and a fire pit. The owners were delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to revisit this property in the future. "

"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants."
