"It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants."

"The place is clean. There is a mini fridge in room plus it has a full shared kitchen and laundry. Private room and bathroom. On the top floor is a balcony that looks out at Mt Rainier. It was a new experience for me to stay at this kind of place, but it was a positive experience. Vince responds to any questions right away. "Exceptionally nice spot. Super quiet. Tidy and well-decorated. A little hideaway from a busy city worked wonders. Highly recommended alternative for 1-2 people who want to be centrally located to greater Seattle, but avoid the hectics of a downtown hotel. Owners are super helpful. Great communications. Will stay again for sure. "
