Quiet building with good location

This is the second time we've stayed in this building because the location is ideal for walking to restaurants, entertainment, beach and shopping...and yet it is very quite.

effortless stay, start to finish 👌

Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Room exactly as described. Great location by countless panaderias, restauraunts, bars, clubs, pharmacys, convenience stores all within walking distance. Rooftop pool with great view of surrounding area was a nice cherry on top 🍒

Great location, roof top and people

Great building with great people in the best location. Close to everything and quite at night. The only negative is the absence of an outside patio/window in the unit - the windows that are present view the internal courtyard area. Check in was easy, the unit was clean and everything was there we needed.

Overall good property and location.

Property is in a good location with lots of stores, bars, restaurants and beach nearby. The only issues I had with the property was that the safe box did not work. I did call the property management company but they were not able to resolve the issue before I left. I was there for 7 days. Another thing to note was that the shower water is at most lukewarm. Other than that, I had a overall good experience with the property.

Best location

Loved everything about this studio. The location was close to all my favorite spots. It’s in the middle of everything, yet remarkably quiet, which surprised me. I had one small maintenance issues but the property management team took care of it on record time. I’ll be back!

No View

Like the building, love the neighborhood. Having absolutely no view (to the outside) from this specific condo might be something they disclose. I did not expect ocean view but "elevator shaft kind of view' is not exactly great either. My 25-30th time in PVR but will not return to this condo (first one ever)

Perfect for bar hopping.

This apartment was perfect for a short party weekend. Close to all the bars, clubs, restaurants and in my case, the Gay Pride events. Although the add cautions of being loud, it was actually pretty quiet at night and we slept a great. Everything worked and the linens, towels and beach towels provided were very clean. Eduardo the representative was very friendly and great at showing us how to operate everything in the apartment including how to set up the safe and air conditioning. He also gave a few tips on what to do around town.

Much bigger than I expected, amazing building, great staff, accessible to everything you need in PVR. The rooftop pool is incredible. Restaurant’s and bars literally within a block, but inside the building it’s very quiet and releasing. I’ll definitely book in this building and through this company again. Only critique is that I didn’t like the glass door/wall for the toilet - a little privacy from your partner goes a long way in certain situations lol. Even if the glass were frosted it would make a huge difference post-intimacy, etc lol. But truly a great place!! Don’t worry about lack of windows, the interior on the building is an open atrium with tons of natural light. And being hidden from the sun in Mexico while cooking off actually feels great.

An Excellent Place

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Perfect sized unit well equipped and comfortable with a very nice rooftop pool in a great central location. The one caution is while looking at the map while booking and after booking put it 3-4 blocks away. Not a big deal at all, actually liked the actual location a bit better but it made finding it a little challenging. Fortunately a quick call to the property manager with the taxi driver got it quickly resolved. I highly recommend this property and particularly this unit.

This is a very nice studio apartment in a terrific area of Puerto Vallarta. I enjoyed staying there

Everything has been positive with regard to this property. Unfortunately, I needed to leave after 4 days because of coronavirus issues in the United States and elsewhere. Therefore, I was only able to enjoy this nice condo for 50% of the time I had anticipated.
