We had a family reunion at the beach My family rented. This property and it was even nicer than the description. It was very spacious and clean. We had a small issue and the owner. And the manager responded immediately. I highly recommend this property.

It’s my second time staying at this condo, both times with a group of friends. It’s the perfect location, beautiful view, nice rooms and a great patio to relax on. Definitely recommend!

The property is everything it was promised to be, and then some. The only challenge was the noise from below near the pool after 10pm due to circumstances outside of the owners' control, and we were able to remedy them with the leadership on property in a few hours.

The property location is fabulous but there were something’s that I had to figure out upon arrival such as the fact the kitchen island had no power… check the fuse panel and had to activate some circuit breakers just to find out the dishwasher was on and wouldn’t shut off so i called and the dishwasher was disconnected and a sign of our if service placed on it which was ok but really everything was Viking. Several bathroom drains were slow causing some worry so no to cause any other issues with the unit below us. The balcony was my favorite space…fantastic!

I was the “planner” in charge of booking a Rocky Point home for spring break for three families. We all enjoyed our stay in the penthouse at Bella Sirena. We had plenty of room and thought all of the amenities etc. were quite nice. We will definitely book again.

Great location. Amazing condo!! CANNOT BEAT THE VIEW! We had a great time. Only con was that the ceiling in the master bath collapsed due to the condensation from the AC. Owner was very responsive and crew came to remedy the situation. However they never cleaned the mess that was made from the ceiling collapsing and this happened on day 1 so we had to go our entire stay with a messy dirty bathroom… soaked towels, drywall and dried paint chips on the counters and floors. Also hot tub didn’t work, but we didn’t bother the owner with that seeing as the ceiling mess didn’t get cleaned.

This was a fantastic pent house! But.. the hot tub was disappointing.. we had to figure out how to make it heat up and it took 12+ hours! The rooms also took forever to heat up, one of the bathrooms that aren’t the masters hot water doesn’t work. And getting hot water to work in some of the bathrooms was not fun! But if we didn’t have the hot water issues and hot tub situation this place would of been perfect!

We checked in on a Tuesday and immediately experienced: Inoperative laundry, unconnected sink (in middle bedroom), no heat in rear bedroom (repair attempted on 3rd day of stay and worked for 1 night), no lighting in media room, kitchen exhaust was unconnected (later found it to be unplugged), flooding from walls and exterior of roof into bathroom of rear bedroom, and despite being advertised with a private Jacuzzi, the Jacuzzi was not working. When we communicated this to the management company, they indicated that they (management and the owner) were aware that there as a part on order for a repair. HVAC repair was supposed to happen at 10AM, it happened at 4PM and worked for just one night. No one ever came to look at the sink or the flooding and the laundry repair man came on Friday, during a power outage. Power and water were out for most of Friday. We have yet to hear from management, the owner, or the host in a meaningful way. This stay was disastrous from day one. We are disputing the charges, have complained to VRBO, and will be seeking arbitration.
