"La ubicación de la casa es excelente enfrente del mar, hermosa vista. La parte de la alberca en el jardín está muy bien. Pero en general a la casa le falta mucho mantenimiento. Uno de los baños tardaba mucho en llenar el excusado, el agua de las regaderas olía a metal estaba sucia. El jacuzzi del piso de arriba no servía y estaba el agua helada y el mosaico sucio con moho. "We were six adults visiting and wanted to be close to food/bars/shopping but not in the thick of things. This beach house was a great fit for us. The host, Gemma, was so kind, responsive, and helpful! The neighborhood was pretty quiet but only 10-15 minutes walk from bars and had some closer breakfast places mixed in the neighborhood. "La casa es muy comoda el cuarto principal muy grande tiene cama king vestidor y baño se encuentra en la misma planta que la cocina comedor y terraza y un medio baño, los cuartos de arriba son de tamaño mas chicos uno con una cama de tamaño matrimonial y la otra dos camas individuales y comparten un baño completo, Gloria que es la persona de la limpieza muy amable y Crecencio se encarga de la alberca y jardines siempre muy dispuesto y amable. "Well maintained and friendly"

"This bnb was beautiful - my husband wanted to stay here because he was fascinated with the architecture and it did not disappoint. The place itself is very clean and spacious. The rooftop is amazing with gorgeous views. The location is perfect - 5-10 min walk to restaurants and shops and 10 minute walk to a great beach. The only downfall of the place is that they did not provide drinking water. I don't know how you can charge that much money for a bnb and not provide drinking water."
