"I spent 3 days at this hotel with a friend.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful especially Jeannette. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she dealt with any issues we had . The hotel had a gym but the main areas, such as the bar/ bistro and the lounge was in a separate building to the hotel , which was just outside .
This was called Rangos
Although the hotel had limited times the reception was open, there were phone numbers we could ring if we needed...

"We had a good stay at Premier Inn Durham North overall.
When we arrived, there was an issue with our booking payment. We had already paid through Expedia, but at reception we were initially told that the payment had not gone through and that we would need to pay the full amount again. The receptionist was not very friendly at first and said that this was not their problem, which felt quite stressful after a long journey. In the end, he made a phone call and we were given our room, so the issue...

"Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too.
The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling."
