"Dusit is a one-of-a-kind hotel in Hanoi. It sits outside of the Old Quarter. It is actually more of a resort than a hotel. The gym is incredible, and the spa is even more impressive. Everything at Dusit was extremely clean and in good working order. The staff is beyond friendly and goes above and beyond at every opportunity. The food is excellent. My only negative is that the bar closes relatively early (10pm)"

"Good rooms in a convenient location. Many international food options nearby. It was nice having a fridge and washing machine in my room. WiFi was spotty at times and the power did go out during my stay for over an hour. Not super soundproof but there are only a couple of rooms on each floor so it’s not a huge deal"

"Easy to find. It is off the main road and onto alley way. You can access short cuts from multiple side streets. Place is immaculate clean tidy has everything you need. Close to cafes, minimart some restaurants.

"最初は良いホテルだと思いましたが滞在するうちに評価が下がってきました。
ホテルの従業員はすれ違っても挨拶もせず感じが悪いです。掃除がされていない日もあり非常に不満です。掃除されている日も歯ブラシ等が補充されてなくフロントに伝えましたが中々対応されません。フロントの人間は自分は間違っていないと言う反応でホテル従業員の連携ができていないように感じます。
もう一度泊まるかと言われればそれはないでしょう。"
