Horrible place to stay
Arrived late in the evening and pulled out the sofa bed to find several crumbled chips that we had to shake off the bed. There were also numerous spiders that we had to kill before being able to sleep. Then at around 6:30am we were awakened by screaming children running around and stomping above us. We contacted the host who told us that they would look into it and get back to us. After 2 hours of constant insanely loud noise we ended up leaving as my husband needed a place that he would be able to work and take calls. We contacted vrbo after we left as we were not getting any response from the host. They said that they would contact the host and get back to us. After not hearing back by late afternoon from the host or vrbo we called vrbo again. We were told to go ahead and book another place as they had tried every number they had and an email and had also received no response from the host. They told us that because of the situation we would be able to be reimbursed for up to 600 for our stay. We ended up booking at a hotel close by at 6:15pm. It wasn’t until Wednesday midday that vrbo was finally able to reach the host who said that they would not allow for any reimbursement. Keep in mind that we were there for about 9 hours out of 6 days (5 nights). We are still fighting this issue and would not wish this situation on anyone.
