"Beware of this host. This host confirmed my reservation and then went MIA the day of check-in. I was stuck in the lobby of the building with my whole family and no access to the unit. VRBO tried to contact him with no success. I had to scramble to find another place last minute which ended up costing more. Beware."

"The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with.
