"This place is in a great location in downtown Panama City, Panama, but the building is infected with roaches. We had to kill at least ten roaches in the apartment that we were staying in. I messaged the host to send a exterminator, but he never did. The hot water heater also doesn't work. The hot water only stayed on for about 5 minutes, in the bathroom shower and then it was cold again. The maintenance guy came twice, but it didn't work. We took lukewarm to cold showers while we stayed there....

"Our stay was great! Staff were friendly and the accommodations were as expected and had everything we needed. Just a heads up that payments aren't accepted over VRBO and they send a separate link to make the payment - at first I was hesitant because of the proliferation in scams in recent years here in the US, but they just can't process payments through VRBO. They were attentive to us and always quick to respond to inquiries. I will definitely stay with them again! Oh and also - the downstairs...

"We enjoyed our stay, the place was very well equipped and the host was very responsive and helpful. There is a grocery store nearby and a car rental place. Several restaurants around as well. The grounds are well kept with crew working each day to keep it looking nice. The pool and the beach are great. Not too busy when we went so we had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. "We enjoyed staying here! It was larger than we expected with a good size laundry room (the laundry machine is a washer dryer). We had success parking our small car under ground in the parkade. Small cars only as the parkade has a small car elevator.The accommodation has an 24/7 concierge and we found him to be incredibly helpful. The kids loved the rooftop pool.The location is about 2 blocks outside the expanding restored areas of Casco Viejo. And we walked around comfortably during the day and...

"Outstanding in every way! Host was easy to communicate with and provided valuable information on both the property and the location. This rental highly exceeded expectations. "Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again."
