The place was very clean and comfortable. The host made our stay wonderful with the pre-ordered groceries and ability for a late checkout. We definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing stay on 1st TCI trip!

Amazing stay in this condo. Very clean and appointed with everything you need to have a great stay. Quiet, relaxing property. The pool was big and always a chair open. Short walk down a beautiful path to the beach and quick walk into town for essentials. Would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect - better than the Ritz!

Anna's place is absolutely incredible, and I would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat—10 times over! After spending three nights at the Ritz before moving to Anna's condo, I can confidently say I’d pick Anna’s place over the Ritz any day. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make your stay feel like home. Anna truly goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. We traveled with our two daughters, ages 6 and 8, and the pool was ideal for family fun, while the hot tub was a wonderful bonus (something the Ritz doesn’t offer). Having the ability to whip up a quick meal, like a pot of pasta, or enjoy our own wine and cocktails added a level of convenience and comfort you just don’t get at a hotel. The condo is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and felt like a true retreat. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Turks. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing, memorable getaway!

Anna’s place was very spacious and had all the basic amenities. I was impressed with her quick communication and help when anything went wrong. The grounds are well-maintained and the resort staff is kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Best place to stay in Providenciales!

We loved this 1 BR condo - it was a newly updated condo, very clean, nicely decorated. Had a lovely kitchen and stackable washer/dryer plus a beautiful walk in shower. We 100% would stay here again if we return to Providenciales. The location is great too for walking into town (right outside the front door) and walking to other resorts along Grace Bay. Hope to be back! Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful place!

Location was perfect. Condo had plenty of space for two adults and two kids. No need for a car or taxi to get to restaurants and grocery store. The staff at Villa Renaissance was very friendly and helpful. They organized a boat charter that picked us up right at the beach! Awesome trip, we were sorry to leave!

The best!

This rental was fabulous. Can't beat the location. Walk out the front of the property and you're in town with the restaurants and grocery store. Walk out the back and you're on the beach. Always a lounge chair available. Staff really nice. Anna very communicative. Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Amazing. Can't wait to go. back.

Amazing family stay in paradise!

We had an amazing stay at Anna’s - when we arrived she had us set up with a travel crib and daybed for our 3 and 1 yr olds in an alcove off the kitchen that fit them perfectly and allowed us to have use of the entire apartment when they slept. The space is very comfortable with a quiet balcony, beautiful and big bathroom, stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedroom/ living room. The staff on hand was helpful with free bikes to rent to get about town and grocery shop, a contact we could text with any questions/ requests, and daily housekeeping. The location couldn’t be any better - right on the beach and walking distance to everything you could need. A perfect spot for a laidback vacation with kids with all the conveniences, and there were plenty of families also vacationing with young kids at the Villa Renaissance. The property had a very safe, friendly, community feel. We look forward to staying again!

A week in paradise!

This was our second time at Villa Renaissance - once again, a wonderful experience! The staff are friendly, the property is beautifully maintained, the beachfront is gorgeous and active but not crowded and the unit was just as described. I highly recommend this property/unit. Will most certainly be returning!

Vacation March 2024

Perfect stay & location. Highly recommend this place. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures, very well stocked & very clean. We are a family of four (2 teenage boys) & there was plenty of room for us all. I would book here again. Car is not necessary - you’re in walking distance to great restaurants & the grocery store.

Loved our stay in Grace Bay

Wonderful 1B/1B condo in the heart of Grace Bacy. Just steps from both the ocean and shops/restaurants. Lovely, quiet property with all of the amenities of larger and more expensive properties nearby, just smaller and less costly. Very helpful staff on hand to help you with your luggage, taxis, reservations, etc. The condo does not view the ocean, but is just steps away from the pool and ocean. Also, the beachfront is really great, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas and floats for the ocean. The beach is every bit as beautiful and great as expected. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Fantastic Vacay

My husband and I along with our 8 month son loved our stay at Anna’s place. The location was fantastic - 1 min walk through the boutique sized complex to the beach, seconds to the pool. No stress about getting up early to reserve lounges at either beach or pool. Laila, the property manager was fantastic as well and went above and beyond to set us up with a few baby item rentals. We also opted for grocery service which was also very nice! Our mornings consisted of walking around the corner to our favorite coffee spot, Lemon2Go. The recent renovations of the condo are lovely. We would love to return! Beach location is also fantastic and truly can’t be beat! We’ve stayed at The Grace Bay Club and Seven Stars on previous trips to Provo and VR is now our favorite!

What an amazing property for a vacation! The condo is on an incredible beach. The location is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the local grocery. Overall, the condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Beautiful beach just steps away

This small resort is located on a gorgeous stretch of Grace Bay beach and the water was calm enough to float around and enjoy the gentle waves. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been to have an ocean front unit so we could have had coffee on the lanai in the morning while looking at the gorgeous beach. Regardless this condo was only a couple of minutes from the beach and had a nice pool with some loungers in the shade for the late afternoon when your tired of sun and sand. Condo was clean and the furnishings were in average to good shape. Manager was very responsive and went to amazing lengths to get us some foam pillows for the bed due to my feather allergy. We also had groceries delivered in which was great since we were arriving late in the day. Kitchen is well stocked and made prepping some meals easy so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Location was central but we did rent a car so we could go anywhere we wanted.

Family Holiday Vacation

My family of four stayed in unit 504 for six days between Christmas and News Years and could not have been happier with our accommodations. This was our first trip to Turks but we have visited several other Caribbean islands and typically stay at the Ritz, but when we saw they did not have availability, we booked this home since it's next to the Ritz and had many five stay reviews. With two teen daughters, having a condo that was in the middle of the shops and restaurants was critical and this was the perfect location just footsteps away from dozens of great coffee shops, breakfast spots, bars and souvenir shops. The unit itself had many of the amenities of home and our hosts, Jay and Anna, were always offering to help during our visit. The staff at the Villa Renaissance are very helpful and keep the place running smoothly even during the busy holiday season. The pool was beautiful but we spent our entire trip on the beach and on the water with various boat and jet ski adventures. Trust the other reviews and don't hesitate to bring your family to this great condo unit.
