Wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with anything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic - beautiful beach, and in the heart of town - close to lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Juliet and John were perfect hosts. We were sad to leave, and hope to return. Thank you for everything!

It was a beautiful place right on an amazing stretch of beach with a perfect location within walking distance to many restaurants, We would love to return. Our trip was cut short due to a family emergency but the hosts were responsive and understanding.

Great stay in Grace Bay

Really enjoyed our stay. Well located in the Grace Bay Area. Villa Renaissance is small, but felt the right size. The unit has everything we could need or want, including a wide assortment of Yeti products. Communication was always timely. Would welcome the chance to stay again.

I truly can’t say enough kind words to describe Juliet’s kindness, communication, and well stocked place. We have travelled often but this is a unit set up to be your home! Don’t hesitate! Just book it ! I even had a minor illness on a Sunday and they got me a Dr! Amazing in every way!!!!

Enjoyable Family Vacation

We found the accommodations generous and thoughtful in terms of having a well-stocked kitchen and other amenities (such as bug spray and sun screen). The location was great being right on the beach and also central to the main road (making shopping and grocery stores very close). There were also many restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Had a great stay - can’t wait to return.

The property is amazing; so beautiful, villa was immaculate with great attention to amenities and a very well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for the short walk to restaurants and shops. Owner was very easy to communicate with and would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location at the beautiful resort. The unit overlooks the pool. The perfect spot for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. Juliet has thought of everything for her guests. Everyone at the resort is super friendly. Juliet is a 5 star host.

The villa was lovely. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach. It was perfect for my husband and I. The staff at the resort were very helpful and friendly. The villa is just a short walk to many great restaurants.

Perfect apartment for small family vacation

The apartment was very clean and nicely done. Everything was up to date and owners have almost everything anyone would need provided for you. (Beach equipment/kitchen supplies etc.) Owners were very attentive along with the rental manager at the resort and made the process getting in and out easy and seemless. One of the best places we’ve stayed and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Would definitely stay ONLY at 603 upon return if we do not choose an all inclusive (Seven Stars) Condo was as described AND MORE!! I've never stayed at a rental place that felt like home away from home. The condo had EVERYTHING you could possibly have needed. Very clean and accommodating!!.. The resort itself nothing to do with the condo, wish the pool was cooler and wish they had entertainment. The pool was more like bath water coJjustjuswisresort

Couldn’t ask for more

Great property and condo. Even though it’s a beach property, it was so clean on arrival, we didn’t feel sand on our bare feet inside the room. Well kept and well stocked. The host has really thought of everything from sunglasses wipes to yeti cooler and tumblers to share to clothes steamer. Really can’t say enough about how nice and quiet the location is and how nice the host is. Would use again for sure.

Perfection in Paradise

This was our first vacation to TCI. We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation from high school. We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Villa Renaissance is a hidden gem located within walking distance to absolutely everything. The beach is literally steps from the softest white sand and most gorgeous water you have ever seen! We chose not to rent a car and had zero issues walking to coffee every morning, frozen yogurt trips during the day, and dinner every evening. We frequented the local grocery store which was also easily walkable. J & J’s beautiful villa truly felt like home. It was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with literally everything you would need or want on vacation…and more. The king size bed was huge and so comfy. YETI tumblers are available for use at the pool or beach along with beach bags, so no need to bring your own and take up space in your suitcase. J & J provided 6 sets of fins/snorkels/masks. We used these every day at the beach. We saw a stingray, turtles and numerous schools of fish. There was no issue securing 3 lounge chairs with an umbrella any time of day we went to the beach. We enjoyed the gorgeous refreshing pool. The pool bar serves delicious drinks and food that can be delivered to you poolside and at the beach! We did a couple of excursions, ate some incredible food, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute our vacation. We hope to return to TCI one day and will definitely book this same villa at Villa Renaissance!

Fantastic all around stay. The villa was extremely accommodated to where there was not anything else we needed. The resort staff were extremely nice and helpful. Overall 10/10 would recommend to anybody.

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Renaissance. The condo is beautiful, clean, very comfortable and extremely well appointed with many little extras. The location couldn't be any more centrally located, close to everything (restaurants, shopping, grocery store). Grounds clean and beautifully kept. Excellent condo rental!

We have been coming to Turks since 2008 and have stayed all over Grace Bay. Juliet’s property is in the heart of downtown with many restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Juliet has thought of everything you might need or have forgotten. You are always able to get pool and beach chairs and there is an onsite pool bar. The property manager is responsive and will meet you onsite and Juliet is extremely responsive with any questions you may have. We will return again. Jim and Kim.

Perfect place; Juliet has thought of everything

Wow. We absolutely loved this place. It was our third stay at Villa Renaissance and our EIGHTH stay on Providenciales. The location is ideal and unit 603 is the most well-appointed unit I’ve EVER been in. INNUMBERABLE little details that the owner has included to make our stay perfect. Too many to list, but we were both very impressed. We can’t wait to go back.

Dream and unforgettable vacation.

So far my favorite vacation spot. The apartment is very well maintained and equipped. Juliet is incredible host easy to communicate and always helpful.
