Was able to enjoy the beautiful turquoise water from the balcony! The reef right out in front of the property is where we saw the most beautiful fish we have ever seen snorkeling. Amazing places, amazing stay!

Great views from balcony and clean, comfortable condo with easy beachfront access. As is described in the listing, there is a large resort being constructed next door so there was some construction noise that started early in the morning and workers used the balconies as break spots. The noise was not terrible but noticeable. The kitchen could use improvements - no bowls, old dull knives, baseboard broken. Had some issues with fridge - hist was very responsive throughout the booking and stay. Beach was great and swimming and snorkeling in front was excellent. Nice to have the restaurant right there. condo was good value for oceanfront with balcony.

The coondo was spacious, nice view except the building right nextdoor is under construction, so some construction noise during the day. The bed was comfortable, location was good, unfortunately the refrigerator was broken during our entire stay, even though our host had someone come in a few times to repair, it was never fixed but luckily we had a freezer. . The beach outside the condo was very narrow but also water was a bit wavy as it was February and the winds were higher than usual. The water was pretty cold as well, so we didn't get to snorkel either. We did however walk down the beach a few hundred yards and got a spot away from people, and spent the whole day here on 2 of our days, so that was nice.

Would absolutely recommend. The property is beautiful and the people are very friendly and welcoming. The owner was very responsive to questions both prior and during our stay. The condo is well appointed and comfortable and you cannot beat the views. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous water. It was fabulous to be able to walk to the beach right in front of the property and get chairs and an umbrella. There are reefs right off the shore for fun snorkeling. My husband and I loved it even though this was only our second time snorkeling. Somewhere restaurant is on property and has the best views, good food and great staff and vibe. We greatly enjoyed our stay and want to return. Everything you need to know is in the listing. We used many of the recommendations and were glad we did!

What guided our choice for a family vacation was value, a great view, easy beach access, and excellent snorkeling—and this condo at Coral Gardens delivered. We stayed from January 6–11, 2026. The condo is accurately represented in the photos and descriptions.The new building, Andaz, is large and located just to our left. We did hear construction daily (including Sunday), but it wasn’t overwhelming—still noticeable. We didn’t rent a car, and that worked out fine. The beach is wonderful, and Somewhere Café is a great spot for sunset drinks and food.Special thanks to Besma, who arranged fantastic tours and excursions for us.

The property was beautiful. We have stayed at Coral Gardens many times but this was our first time in this unit. The owners were super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we might have.The location is fantastic as you can walk into water and begin to snorkel.

Lovely condo with stellar views of beach and was delighted to have coffee/meals on the lanai. A very comfy bed after beach and touring activities on Provo. Malcolms Road Beach gorgeous, a bit remote, and renting a Jeep on North and Middle Caicos amazing. Saw flamingos near Mudjin Harbor! Snorkeled with sea turtles at nearby Smith's Reef. Nice on site Texmex restaurant right on the beach a big plus too! Brendan(host) super responsive with helpful suggestions as well. A great option on Grace Bay and The Bight.

FABULOUS stay at Coral Gardens-We'll be back!!

We had the best time at Coral Gardens. The check-in was quick and easy and the resort staff was very attentive to all of our needs. The condo was clean and very much as the pictures showed. Housekeeping came regularly. Best of all, the view was to die for. You are steps to the beach, with your own beach chairs waiting for you each day. The snorkeling right in front of Coral Gardens was amazing. The owners were so attentive-promptly answering questions and offering help with anything we needed. We will come again. The only drawback was the construction next door at the Andaz. We were usually gone during the day, but the noise was significant during our stay. Hopefully, they will be wrapping up the noisy part soon.

Great Location!

The location of the condo is amazing and enjoyed all of the amazing amenities that the resort has to offer. Working with the host was a great experience as well and checked in periodically several times throughout the process to assist us in anything we needed. Our only challenge during the trip centered around cleanliness. 1) They must have just sprayed pesticides around the property because we kept finding dead bugs for a few days; 2) the resort did not clean our unit every other day as mentioned during check in and had to ask; and 3) a ladder was left blocking our door for an entire day and had to ask the office if it could be moved so we could enter the unit. Otherwise would recommend staying here!

Great location

This was our first visit to Grace Bay and the location is on the quieter end with beach lounges right on the water directly in front of the snorkel area and protected reef. Somewhere cafe is very convenient. Construction was not too bothersome as we spent most of our time at the beach.

Fresh, clean property

We appreciated the freshness of the property and the towel service at the pool. This may seem silly, but I liked that a vacuum was left accessible for us since despite all the rinsing in the world, sand just finds a way in sometimes with kids and I hate feeling it on the floor with my bare feet. My only complaint would be that the Coral Gardens property emailed me in advance of our visit asking about making reservations for us. I responded with a long email back that went unanswered. Property owner, Brendan, was very responsive.

Ruined our trip

Ad was totally misleading. Pictures did not show the truth. They indicated gorgeous views which were actually obstructed by a massive partially constructed building. Construction woke us up at 7:30am. Roaches in the kitchen. Mosquitoes swarming outside front door. Ladder obstructing front door when we arrived. Safe batteries were dead, but when it did work, the passcode was pre-set so owners and maintenance can get into the safe! Mattress was atrocious- springs were shot and you rolled into a pit in the middle. Coffee machine had to be 20 years old and disgusting. We couldn’t get it to work. Oh yeah - and while we were out, someone a left a hair on the toilet and urine on the side of the seat. We have pictures to substantiate EVERYTHING. We were very cordial the entire time but the bathroom incident was the last straw, so we left and got a place elsewhere. Once we told them we left, they got rude. We asked for a full refund and they decided not to oblige. They offered us 680 to keep our mouths shut (which explains the exceptional reviews). Clearly, we declined. Better to let you all know not to let these people ruin your vacation too.

Perfect condo with great views!

Check in was easy, place was very clean and cold and had all the amenities shown on the listing site. View was phenomenal despite the Andaz construction next door. Construction was a little noisy but didn't bother us at all as were out of the room for most of the day. Would recommend and stay again!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great time staying at Coral Gardens. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. Location was convienient to many different things to do as well as being close to the reef. Condo was clean and well kept.

Gteat Condo on Grace Bay

My wife and I, along with our 2 boys really enjoyed our stay at Coral Gardens. The forecast had us worried but everything turned out very good. We had a great time and have ZERO complaints. This was our 2nd stay at Coral Gardens. The last time was a different condo. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family or whoever else would inquire about it.
