The Northwest Point is a truly magical place! Remote, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. And Ana's condo is a great place to enjoy it. Two decks with space and views and great spots for reading/dining/relaxing. A full and well-stocked kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have incredible views, nothing like waking up to see the sun rising over the water! We will be back for sure.

The place was nice and the grounds were lovely. We were a little disappointed the restaurant was closed and the location was far from anything. Overall it was nice would come back during the “in season”

Fabulously peaceful!

This condo is situated in the peaceful northwest portion of TCI. It boasts easy beach access and a beautiful pool area. The condo is supplied well for cooking and has comfortable common areas, along with spacious bedrooms. Great place to stay!!

Peaceful Unit in the Northwest Condos

PROS-Clean unit, great views from 2 patios-The pool area is awesome; clean and plenty of chairs-Beach is 100 ft away w/ chairs. Kayaks and paddle boards to use-Beach towels provided-Kitchen is nice-Check-in is easy. Door has a keypad-Easy to get to most places; beware road backs up in the morning… place accordingly if you are going to a tour-We felt safe CONS-10-15 mins from town; 30 mins if you are taking snorkel/scuba trips-Wind; it is generally windy at the condo-The beach at the condo is non-swimmable due to sea grass. People say go left or right and walk to find a sandy area to swim… no longer the case-Not a single plastic cup or plate/bowl in the unit; tough to take anything to the pool-No beach chairs or umbrella provided; a must when visiting other beaches. Borrowed chairs and umbrellas from another unit-The onsite restaurant closed until late June/July-Two onsite grills; the ignition/sparker do not work. You must use matches or a lighter (none in the unit)TO DO-Malcom beach; gravel road but not bad-Took the ferry to North & Middle Caicos; This is a must do; Bambarra Beach!-Smith’s Beach is outstanding for snorkeling; rays, turtles and so many fish. Use West parking lot.-Bight Beach/Reef is ok… beach is great, but the snorkeling so-so.-Taylor Beach!-Did a ½ day snorkel tour w/ Big Blue Collection; first class!-Split Rock; best water and beach on the island – MUST have a Jeep (4x4) as the road is dicey in places

Hidden Gem!

The accommodation was exactly as described, check in/out was super easy, plus we received great information on the local area. All parts of the island are easily accessible, and the location is off the beaten path making a peaceful beach trip.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful and relaxing Spring Break with our 3 kids, 11,14, and 17. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. The owner provides great recommendations for beach visits, activities. Restaurants, and even grocery stores. Restaurant on site was quite good for dinner.

Tropical Paradise

Our stay at Northwest Point was excellent.  The unit is well appointed and has everything you need if you choose to eat in.  The unit was very clean when we arrived and the check-in was simple.  Ana responded to all of my questions and supplied great instruction on how to get to the unit and recommendations of places to visit or eat.  The unit has spectacular views and their is a beautiful pool.  The beach is OK but the swimming is not great from the beach and there are lots of weeds.  If you have mobility issued this is not the place for you as the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.  The road to the Northwest Point can be very busy near the airport and very remote for the last section but we had no trouble navigating to the resort.  Be prepared for at least a 1/2 drive if you choose to eat at restaurants and it cab take longer if you want to eat at 6:00 pm as there can be a lot if traffic.  All in all we enjoyed our stay at Northwest Point.

Spring Break 2025

Wonderful views! The sunrise’s are phenomenal from the balcony. Very clean and well kept. Difficult to swim at the beach there because of all the seaweed. We had to go to Grace Bay to swim in the ocean.

Private condos

A hidden gem in the NW corner of provo. Nice pool with onsite bar and adjacent beach. It worked well as a base to explore the island. The unit had a nice balcony with a beautiful 180 degree view of the ocean.

Great Vacation Rental !

My family and I, (wife and two adult children), stayed at this property from February 8th through the 15th. The resort and condo are beautiful and they have everything you could need! We could not find one thing to complain about or critique. The property itself is remote, (which I liked), and you do need to rent a car. The host, (Ana), was very responsive and provided us with all of the information that we needed. I highly recommend property and it is a great vacation rental !

Great space and great host!

We just returned from a week long visit and it was our first time in TC...The unit has tons of room and incredible views! The host responded immediately to an issue that cropped up. The amount of space for the money cannot be beat on the island. Like other reviews mention you absolutely need a car and remember driving is on the other side of the road! Our favorite spot was Dickies on Grace bay for swimming and hanging out all day. Easy parking and and they rent you loungers and tables. Stunning beaches.....

Wonderful Condo in Turks & Caicos

This is a lovely condo on beautiful property. We enjoyed it very much. It is quite a ways to restaurants but there is a nice small bistro on property. It is the perfect place to relax. And the condo is well equipped for all of your needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and equipped with everything you need. Lots of plates, cups, cooking utensil, towels etc.. great indoor and outdoor seating spaces. Ana was very quick to reply and sent us thorough check in information and information about the surrounding area, restaurants and beaches to visit. The pool was lovely and warm. We used the hot tub as well. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The location is definitely remote and the resort is quiet. We were often the only people at the pool, but did meet other people at the resort. The road out to the resort is rough (lots of potholes and dirt road) but the resort was secure with a gate and someone at the gate at night. Once you got out there it was a great stay and we felt very much at home! Would definitely stay there again.

Stay at northwest beach

If you want a condo that is away from everything then this would work for you. We were aware that it would be, but this beach has lots of seaweed. Also, when it rained, there was water coming up underneath the sliding glass door and the ceiling was leaking. The fan in the bedroom would not work either.

The property is secluded from the rest of the island. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, NWP is what you're looking for. Especially, if you don't mind self cooking and keeping things simple. The pool is well maintained. The beach is quiet. There is seaweed near the shore but it is clear of unnatural debris. If you want night life and fancy restaurants, you'll have to drive 20-30 minutes. I'd recommend a small suv.

Spectacular Condo and Experience

If you want to visit paradise to get away from it all, THIS is the place! The property is lovely, well appointed and equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. The view is spectacular and because it’s adjacent to a national park, there are miles of deserted beach to explore. Ana is an exceptional communicator and provided assistance and suggestions that added additional dimensions to our experience. We absolutely loved this property.
