We couldn’t have loved it more. The property was lovely, with a gorgeous pool and perfect beach. We usually spend more time at a pool or doing activities but the beach was so perfect we only left for food and one horseback riding excursion. It’s perfectly located within walking distance of everything. The only thing that would improve it would be an onsite restaurant, but that was not a problem with a kitchen (close grocery store) and so many restaurants nearby. Would happily return again and again.

In a word, this place is idyllic. Far and away the most relaxing vacation I have had in my lifetime. I think I found my new place to recharge when everything in life seems to be too crazy. Property itself is immaculate. The penthouse has a gorgeous view of the ocean and a table to have meals should you want to use the full kitchen to cook. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the space is very quiet even though it is walking distance to the main shopping area.

4th time to Turks and LOVE the location!

We had an absolutely wonderful 7-day family stay at this VRBO in Turks and Caicos! As a family of four, including two teenage boys, the 2-bedroom layout with twin beds in the second bedroom was perfect for our needs, providing comfortable and practical sleeping arrangements.One of the highlights was undoubtedly the great balcony view, which offered a fantastic backdrop to our mornings and evenings. The kitchen was also a standout – very well-equipped and incredibly usable, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks throughout our stay.The service truly enhanced our vacation. The bartenders were exceptional, and we highly recommend trying their frozen rum punch or frozen mojitos – they were delicious! Beyond the bar, all of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience.Our only minor complaint was that the pool was a bit on the warm side. However, this was easily remedied as we spent most of our days enjoying the beautiful beach, and the pool served as a lovely spot to wind down with a drink from the bar at the end of the day.This was our fourth visit to Turks and Caicos, and we can confidently say you cannot beat this location. Everything we needed was walkable, which made exploring and enjoying the area incredibly convenient. We highly recommend this unit for families looking for a fantastic stay in Turks and Caicos!

Fabulous Apartment

The location was wonderful, and the extras provided in the apartment were greatly appreciated (coffee pods, toilet roll, bin bags, dishwasher tablets; fairy liquid etc) - we have stayed in many other places and have NEVER been given all of these for the duration of the stay.The apartment was spotless and the cleaning lady extremely thorough Would highly recommend this apartment

Summer Vacation 2025

The property was great, we really enjoyed our time in Turks & Caicos. We loved staying in a property with an ocean view. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do and had only one excursion where we needed to take a taxi as we opted to not rent a car. The location was so great as we had so many restaurants to chose from within walking distance. We spent time at the beach almost every day and it was really nice to have lounge chairs and umbrellas already set up. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I had a couple of times where I sent communication to the property manager and had zero response in 24 hours, not even to acknowledge I had sent a message. Thankfully they had provided some phone numbers to call so I ended up calling and finally someone picked up at the third phone number and was able to help me. Everyone was really nice though. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Villa in a Gorgeous Location

We had an amazing time staying at the Villa. Our check in was seamless and Alonzo was so incredibly kind and helpful. We found nothing but amazing customer service at this resort and all through Provo. The balcony views were stunning. We absolutely love our entire experience.

Perfect location and beautiful views!

We had an amazing stay! Perfectly located and we were able to walk to so many places nearby. The view was perfect and our family of 5 always had a chair at the beach and pool. Our condo was clean and very nice. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding!

We had an incredible family vacation staying at this property! With two teens and an 11.5 year old, it was spacious and comfortable enough for all of us. It’s in a great location and the property itself, with the pool and east beach access, was also great. We hope to be back again someday!

First time visitor - great stay

The location of this condo is the best place on Grace Bay. There were many restaurants to walk to which we loved. The property is excellent with absolutely everything you need. We appreciated the beach equipment. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. The property is clean and safe.

Great location and condo

Everything was wonderful about the condo and the amenities and location. My only slight disappointment is the palm trees in back of the building significantly decrease the ocean view. It would be great if they were trimmed back and maybe some were removed.

Winter Escape

Absolutely wonderful week! The Villa Renaissance was a gorgeous property with a million dollar view. The people who serviced the property couldn’t have been more accommodating. There are many places to eat close by and the beaches are perfect with plenty of seating. We hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful Stay at Villa Renaissance

We had a lovely stay with our family of four. The unit is lovely with everything we needed. The building is also very nice and well run - all of the facilities we accessed were great. Beach is outstanding and it was never an issue getting a lounge chair on the beach. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Grocery store also close by! Would love to come back!
