It was wonderful except for one day there was no water. There were no accommodations given and no suggestions allowed. We wanted to put the pool water in the toilets and they refused. There were also usable bathrooms in other areas of the resort which we were not informed about.

We only stayed one night and it was beautiful! The doors opened up to let the breeze off the ocean in. We will definitely stay again. The bar also had good drinks, and there were restaurants and stores within walking distance. The view was stunning of the ocean. The pool was beautiful.

Excellent location, beach and water were beautiful. We had no issues getting chairs at the pool or beach. The property is very well maintained. Bar at the pool area is open 12-6 and it offers a daily happy hour. Beach has a large roped off swim area which was nice because boats coming to the shore to load passengers were at the sides of the property. Very easy to book excursions that picked you up on the beach.

The Villa, the location, the pool, the BEACH. It was absolutely beautiful. We decided we will rent the same villla next year except we plan to stay 10 days instead of 7. We'd stay forever if they let us.

Great Location!

Another great girls trip at Villa Renaissance! If you are looking to stay at a clean, quiet spot but still have the proximity to grocery store, shops and restaurants Villa Renaissance is perfect. Having a full kitchen is perfect for making some meals if desired. View of the ocean from the balcony is perfect way to start and end the day!

Great Stay

The stay was fantastic! The room was clean and spacious. Upon arrival we were met and shown our room. It was a very quick check-in process, which time spent giving recommendations on what to do on the island and where to eat. The beach was beautiful and the pool area was just as pretty. We had help scheduling everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and attentive. We walked to everything we did. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!!

We loved the property. The location is fabulous. We were able to walk to many restaurants, shopping and grocery. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Loved the pool, hot tub and beach area. The actual unit was very nice and we enjoyed the outside seating for all meals.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had the time of our lives and your Villa was all we could ask for. The views were incredible! We loved being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants etc. You won't be disappointed if you book this villa for your vacation!

What are you waiting for?

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa was as advertised and the beach access is perfect. Always a great selection of places to lounge on the beach. The beach staff will gladly help you set up your chairs if you need any assistance at all (we didn't, but we saw people who did and the staff were just great!). We traveled with most of our adult 'children', so the option during the day to run a tab at the bar for food and drinks was great! They were able ot eat and drink and then we just had to close out the tab at the end of each day - perfect! There is a closed cover bin of floaty's as you near the beach entrance.... that was great - we used those to just relax in the water (as did others). The location is 2nd to none to be honest! Everything you could want is in easy walking distance!!! The grocery store is close too, if you need anything for your villa. We'll go back!

Perfect family getaway

Fabulous unit for our adult family of 4! Incredible oceanfront view from the wrap around terrace. Spacious living area and 3 very comfortable bedrooms & baths made our family vacation so enjoyable! Such a great location. Easy walk to shops & restaurants. Pool & pool bar were perfect break from the beach and could always get a spot. The concierge were so helpful & friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming stay. We’d highly recommend this unit and the Villa Renaissance property!

Great Family Spot

The condo was as described with everything we needed and a gorgeous view! Only complaint was the WiFi which was really bad. Thankfully we didn’t need it much because we were busy enjoying beautiful Turks and Caicos!

Great location!

Had a wonderful ladies trip at Villa Renaissance! Location was convenient to shops, food store, and other hotels that had restaurants and casino. Having three bedrooms was perfect for 4 people. Kitchen had all appliances necessary to make all meals.

Incredible stay!

The check-in process was a breeze and we were greeted with rum punch! The grounds are beautiful. Our villa 201 was fully stocked. Location! Location! Location! Walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool was nice and warm. They were plenty of loungers at the pool as well as the beach. Every single staff member was super friendly. We would, without question, stay here again!
