A perfect getaway!

The perfect place for 3 couples. The rooms are spaced out, so there's plenty of room for everyone, and you don't feel like you're encroaching on people's space. We loved our time here!

Beautiful house problems with refrigerator and ants in the in bedroom

When we got there put things in the refrigerator that night just to find out in the morning it wasn't working. Wife lost her extra insulin plus some food. used the refrigerator in the garage. Plus had ants in the bedroom called but not addressed

Lovely home

This home offers serenity and is very spacious. It did have a few issues, the biggest being a refrigerator that was not working. We arrived to a large puddle of water in front of the refrigerator and ice covering the inside of the freezer door. The property manager came out within a half hour but was not able to fix the problem. We resorted to using a cooler for our immediate needs and used a refrigerator in the lower, street level garage for our other groceries. Three days later, the property mgr moved the garage refrigerator into the kitchen. Another problem that could have ended in serious injury: a decorative lattice railing was not secured and when used for assistance ascending the two steps from the living room to the dining room, came loose, causing the person to fall. It turned out the railing was not secured to the adjacent wooden poles. It was put back in place but once again, not secured. Also, both handles on the front bathroom sink faucet came off and were not repairable or replaced while we were there. In addition, in this same bathroom, four out of the five lightbulbs were not working. This home would have offered a great island stay if it hadn’t had so many annoying issues that should have been identified and resolved before our arrival.

Relax in Paradise

My family enjoyed this property very much. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to all amenities and recreational sights. The house is incredibly clean provided a much needed rest for me and my family. Would stay here time and again!!

Beautiful Home & Great Location for exploring Kauai

Beautiful, clean home with plenty of room for six adults. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and grill after a day at the beach and exploring the area. Felt very safe out on morning runs/walks. Enjoyed the paved path along highway/golf course. Short walk to access some trails and beaches. Short drive to other area beaches, stores and restaurants. We would return again!

Beautiful Home However Lacking Basic Things that need repair.

The house is beautiful, however we were disappointed in many things that could be easy and inexpensive fixes. The house is advertised as jacuzzi zen paradise, however the heat would not work until the last day, pool maintenance happened to come by and fix the problem. House is definitely showing age and some wear. There is tape covering parts of bathtub in master I’m assuming need repair, bedding in master has tears, stains, smells old musty, feel greasy like they are very old and have been slept on by too many people. The second bedroom door sticks and will not open except going through bathroom. Beach chairs are rusted through, some broken not safe. Several loose rocks on stairs on front porch, very dangerous. Third bed sinks in the middle and bugs in bedding in closet. No coffee cups only little tea cups. There are only two towels per bathroom. I alerted property management to some of these things and the response was we will look into it. Disappointed since the previous home was such a good experience. The house and neighborhood are lovely and the house was otherwise clean. The bedding upstairs and smell of pillows is unacceptable even for a budget hotel. Such and inexpensive basic improvement could be made, but there seemed to truly be a lack of interest.

Best Ever

We've rented dozens of vacation rentals on all the Hawaiian Islands and this was the best experience yet. Great communication with Lotus Property Mgmt, great location if your preference is North Shore area, fantastic house, and the most amazing waterfall jacuzzi - the only problem with this house is you really won't want to leave it to see the island.

Beautiful home, beautiful location, great owners

This house will exceed your expectations. The house has everything you need and is very clean within a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Views spectacular and had a very hard time dragging myself out hot tub. Recommend house to others and hope to stay again sometime soon.

Wonderful stay

This property was outstanding. It is probably the best furnished house that we have ever stayed. The outside waterfall / whirlpool was perfect. While it is not in the tourist portion of Kauai, there are close by stores and excellent fish market, Hanalei Dolphin. The host request no shoes. You will not be disappointed.

5 Star Home, 5 Star Views, 5 Star Location

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! It was 5 Star all the way around. The views of mountains, ocean and wildlife were amazing. Upstairs room basically has a 360 view via all the windows/patio and back patio has great view of course and mountains. Windows and natural lighting throughout and the private hot tub to the home was an awesome experience and evening relax time after daily visits to all the beaches nearby. Easy hike and walk to some beaches. Stores close and Hanalei right down the road. Will def be booking here again for my next trip. The whole fam had all the space we needed and rooms are huge and spacey for all your travel needs. Book without hesitation! Mahalo!

WONDERFUL

My husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law, and two young adult sons stayed at this house. There is plenty of room for all of us to have meals together, sit and talk or watch movies, and plenty of room when everyone needed their own space. The location on the golf course, walking in the evenings and watching the sunset or early morning sunrise was amazing. Waking up in our bedroom, sitting up in bed and being able to see the ocean was beautiful!! We would definitely recommend this home and would rent again.

Great house!

Minor inconvenience when we arrived, the upstairs bathroom toilet was leaking. There are two other bathrooms so not that big of a deal. I contacted the host as soon as possible. It was fixed by the second day. The host was very prompt and answered all of our questions. We would love to return!

Great North Shore Location

Lovely property, the photos don’t do it justice! Beds were comfortable. There were snorkeling, boogie boards, beach towels, and beach seats available to use. Some basic spices but otherwise make sure to hit the grocery store for whatever else you need. Plenty of plates and silverware. Would definitely stay here again, it was beautiful! The hot tub with the waterfall was amazing. Thanks for such an amazing time.

Short Stay in Paradise!

The house is located in the nicest, safest neighborhood on the island. We were so pleased with the location. The home is very accommodating with king sized beds and a bathroom off of each bedroom. The hot tub water fall combo was wonderful in a very private setting. I would highly recommend this home!

Fantastic family getaway

My partner and I took our parents to Hawaii to celebrate some big milestones; a 50th wedding anniversary (my parents), and his mom’s 80th birthday. This place was the PERFECT home-base for our trip to the north shore. The house was even better than the pictures, the neighborhood was far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to many local hot-spots to make it super convenient. The checkin process was extremely smooth and communication with the host was always quick and succinct. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Jeff and Shana!

Kauai getaway

This property was right for our family of 3 adult couples. Each had their own room with a full size bathroom and king bed. The hot tub was great and large enough to have all of us in at one time. The location is close to a shopping center and restaurants.
