Perfect Hanalei

Excellent location for view and value. This well appointed one-bedroom overlooks entire Hanalei Bay with Bali Hai view. Lanai & grassy overlook makes it complete. Walk steep ramp down to small private beach, or to VG public beach with restaurant, bar & amenities (access via stairs adjacent to 1 Hanalei Bay Hotel). Car needed to enjoy Hanalei retaurants & other amenities. Will Return.

The view was magnificent This was our 2nd Pali Ke Kia visit & we loved it again. The 1st floor unit provided an open area from the lanai to the back yard and ocean view. Just breath taking sunset with the mountains and ocean view

Perfect location and view

The paratmenr has everything you need- chairs, umbrella, cooler, well stocked kitchen. The WiFi is terrible, even being right next to the modem. And the tv is very very small. In this day and age of inexpensive TV’s it would be nice if they upgraded to something you can see from the sofa.

Every other year since 1975

We come to Pali Ke Kua every other year since 1975 when Kauai had a single traffic light in Lihue. We've stayed in many of the PKK units and this one was great. Will probably come back in 2025 for another 2 weeks.

Lovely location. I could get down to a secluded beach fightclose to the property. Originally I Wasserstein concerned about too much traffic to the beach. , but it was off to the side, ok.it rained a lot in Princeville,, which I understand. So no problem.only problem I saw was an umbrella. It would have been nice to have a large golf umbrella

Beautiful condo in paradise

The condo was wonderful! Beautiful view right off the patio and located very close to north shore attractions (Tunnels Beach and Hanalei Bay are a must)! The condo was clean and the property was well taken care of. Only downside to staying on this side of the island is that all tours/attractions seem to go out of the south or east shore (about and hour drive). We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Gorgeous View

My husband and I visited Kauai for our 25th wedding anniversary. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything that was needed for cooking, etc. The beach chairs and towels were a plus. With the trade winds and fans in the condo, we never got hot. The bed was very comfortable as well. What we enjoyed most was the beautiful view of Bali Hai. We would definitely recommend!

Totally magical stay in Kauai

The place was heavenly. We actually cancelled plans we had for a sunset dinner in Kapa'a, because we couldn't bear to miss one last majestic sunset from our lanai. The whole property is great. This particular unit was well appointed with everything we could want. The only thing a bit lacking was very slow WiFi, which was made more problematic since there is not much cell coverage in Princeville. But it just made us get off our devices more and enjoy the splendor of the natural beauty all around us. Truly, one of the best stays we have had anywhere in the world.

Lovely location with beautiful sunsets

We had a great stay in Princeville. The apartment is small but well appointed and comfortable. We loved seeing the nenes and birds on the front lawn and had dinner at the apartment every night watching the sun go down on the Napali coast. The kitchen is not well stocked, we ended up buying almost all basic supplies for our stay. The internet connection was quite unreliable, and the hot water ran out faster than we would have liked. Apart from these minor annoyances, all in all, a nice stay.

Wonderful Stay in Kauai

We really enjoyed our stay here! We loved sitting on the lanai in the evenings watching the whales and the sunset! Princeville is a gorgeous resort area. Hanalei is a quick 5 minute drive away with lots of options for eating and shopping and a really nice beach! This was a great location for relaxing and some exploring of the rest of the island!

This place is so great. Comes stocked in the kitchen department. Furniture is nice. Bed is sooo comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella is so amazing to have! A bit hot in the afternoon to sunset, as your ocean facing. With no a/c you definitely feel the heat but there were plenty of fans to help.
