The views from the condo were outstanding. The condition of the unit was good, but a bit dated (especially the carpet and bathroom). Parking was very easy and accessing the unit was similar. Information was very clear and while I understand some renters don't care for properties properly, I felt somewhat put off by the list of charges that I would incur for different items. The two issues that were a bit frustrating for us were the lack of sheets that fit the "day bed" in the living room. There WERE sheets in the linen closet, but they did not fit that mattress. Also, in the dryer, the lint-trap cover was not secure and worse that than a couple of my wife's shirts were ruined by something from the dryer that left stains. A superintendent visited after my initial complaint about this and determined a seal on the dryer had failed. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, but there were definitely "hiccups".

Incomparable view, window sunbed literally above the cliff near crashing waves, turtles and rays swimming below, sunrise line of sight, etc. A couple minor fixes needed with bathtub faucet sticking (pull with both hands with full bodyweight), a ceiling lightbulb out near window, and screen door wheels sliding off the track

Beautiful Views

Great location as far as the views from every window and lanai. We got to see whales which was a plus. The unit itself is comfortable - the kitchen had great cookware and we ate dinners in. The living room furniture could use some TLC and be updated. Also don’t be surprised by the weather beaten outside - inside is worth every penny for the view.

We loved the Condo, but not the Manager.

We had a great time in this place! Beautiful view!! Very close to facilities. It had everything we need it, except enough toilet paper, two rolls for 2 people for 10 days. I called the manager many times with no response. I left two voicemails and finally she called back the next day and said she advised the housekeeper to leave some for us, but the cleaner never did. I went to knock on the managers door with no response. We went and bought some, very expensive in the island.

Whales and sea turtles

Great value! We saw whales, sea turtles, and birds from our condo, and we enjoyed magnificent sunrises with the lighthouse in the in the distant background. The condo had beach chairs, snorkels, a small cooler, and beach towels... all we needed for a day at Anini Beach.

What a view!

The unit is perfect for a party of two and the view is fantastic! The unit is older and could use a little updating, however, the location is both quiet and scenic. We would definitely return to this property!

Kauai paradise

The stay was amazing! The location was beautiful and the sunrise was to die for! Had some grumpy downstairs neighbors but that had nothing to do with this amazing booking! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect View, clean and nice amenities!

We loved the view! Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean right in front of you was amazing. We enjoyed going on the balcony frequently and listening to and looking over the ocean. This is such a nice place to be and everything related to our stay here was amazing. Check out seaside beach too! One thing we wish we did differently would be to spend more time around the condo and relaxing but if we went back to Kauai we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality! All the things for us to use were really nice and made the trip even better!

We had wonderful weather, and the property is perfect for a couple. Amazing views from each room. Washer, dryer are helpful. A beach cooler made day trips perfect. Will be back. Would give it 10 stars.

Obviously the views were spectacular from every direction. Loved our walks in the morning and our views of the water. Aw whales several days! Property could use some upgrading. Reported a new patio door needed due to the salty air and were already replacing the day they came to clean. Could use new carpet and Bath fixtures as well. Otherwise loved the place and the north end of the island. Had everything we needed as we had lots of activities planned.

Ocean view gem

When you first open the door, you can only say “Wow !” Huge windows show surf and beaches, lush greenery and lots of chickens(!). The condo is well-equipped, although the smart TV is smarter than we are, so we had a nice media vacation. Great location to see the sights of the North Shore.

Amazing view and comfortable stay

My boyfriend and I were very happy we chose this condo. The view alone was worth it to us. I was impressed with how much the condo offered - all the supplies we could need, from appliances to beach towels to coffee filters. Thankfully we were blessed with some beautiful sunny days so we were able to spend some time on the lanai/balcony in the mornings. On the few rainy days we experienced, the punee was my favorite spot to curl up with a blanket and get cozy. Yes, the wind can be intense during stormy weather, but this is an island after all, so nothing we weren't expecting. Close to everything on the north shore, including Princeville Center, Hanalei/Hanalei Bay and Kilauea, which was perfect for us. We did venture south and to the west side of the island, but it is a bit of a drive, so just know that ahead of time and plan accordingly. The property managers were easy to work with and super responsive, which I appreciated very much. We would love to come back again!
