We loved staying in. Your condo. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had beautiful views. We loved relaxing in the lanai and walking down to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot

We loved our stay here! There is a beautiful view and room for everyone. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed to make meals and plenty of towels! The had all the beach equipment you need. It is far from a lot of the activities we did on the island but it was worth the drive! We will be staying here again! You do have to return the key to the office but it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. 10 stars!

Great Stay in Princeville!

Our stay at Pali Ke Kua 245 was amazing! The views were breathtaking and better than pictured. You can see the ocean from anywhere in the main area of the home. It was peaceful and relaxing. The home had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. My only comment is that I wish there was a keyless entry. You have to go to the rental office to pick up the key and drop off. It’s close to the airport so it wasn’t a big hassle but adds a stop to a long travel day. Thank you and I look forward to coming back one day!

Great View and Location. A bit warm.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as listed and very clean. The views and property as a whole was very well cared for. Grounds were gorgeous. Other considerations - on sunny afternoons the condo got very hot (85 degrees +). The cool air recovered at night with the bedroom AC units. There is no central air conditioner throughout. The is also no cross breeze to help according to wind direction (June). We are mainlanders from a very hot area so accustomed to AC. We did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful ocean views

This was a great condo for our recent vacation to Kauai. The ocean views from the lanai are wonderful. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching whales breaching and all the nenes and other birds who appeared to live on the property. Having access to a beach via the paved path was great. Since this access was limited to property residents/guests only the beach was quiet every day. This beach is mostly shady until later in the day but it is a beautiful beach and snorkeling is possible if the water is calm. The paved path down to the beach is very steep the first 10 feet or so, but as long as you take it slow and deliberate it is very doable, even in flip-flops. The condo was well equipped in the kitchen, had all the appliances and utensils needed. Plenty of glass wear and mugs. We did have to do dishes a bit more often than normal because there was a limited number of plates, but this was fine we just washed our dishes right away. It was wonderful having laundry (washer/dryer) in the condo so we could easily wash our clothes and towels throughout our visit. The condo was very quiet. We only ever noticed minor noise from other condos, during normal hours and usually when someone was outside on their lanai. I don't know if the walls in the condo building were well insulated or perhaps the complex in general is quiet, but we were never disturbed by other guests. While we spent most of our time out and about visiting different beaches and parts of Kauai it was great to have a very large TV that we could easily connect to our YouTube/Amazon Prime accounts so we could watch our favorite shows on the couple rainy days we had during our visit. The only downside which is completely uncontrollable by the condo owners/property management/property is that it was rainy (our fault for choosing the rainy time of the year) so we did have a few cockroaches (the flying kind) come into the condo. I am not talking about an infestation, we saw maybe 3-4 the entire time we were staying at the condo. It is expected that during the rainy season the bugs will end up getting pushed indoors. On the flip side, I did really appreciate/loved seeing the geckos, we more than welcomed them since they eat bugs.

Kauai rocks!

Very nice location with close access to secluded beaches. The kitchen is very well equipped. The only suggestion I have is an on-site key drop off box would be nice to avoid driving through Lihue.

Excellent location on property. Unit was completely supplied including surfing and beach gear. Appliances for every need. TV and stereo were fantastic. View… priceless! Management: exceptional!

This was perfect for our family!

We had an amazing stay at this location. It was very clean and up to date. The community is quiet and friendly as well. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas (used these every day!) and also loved the washing machine and kitchen. Their entertainment system was amazing as well. Tons of storage which was super helpful for us. Overall this was the perfect spot for our family of 4 (two adult children and parents) and would definitely book again.

Great location in a quiet complex!

We loved it here! We had dinner on our quiet Lanai every night! We used all the beach equipment (chairs, surf boards, umbrella) provided. The kitchen has everything we needed, even an air fryer & blender for daily smoothies. The beds were comfortable and the showers were fantastic! It was easy to get there as direction provided were very clear. Princeville had everything we needed and the surrounding beaches were perfect for lounging or snorkelling. We will return!

Perfect family rental spot

We had everything we needed as a family of four to enjoy all the delights Kauai has to offer. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and surf boards. The views of “Bali hai” in the distance from the property and the beach in front were wonderful! Just be prepared for a STEEP walk down and up. We saw whales from our balcony and turtles on the beach. The grounds are full of Ne Ne geese and many other birds. There are also a lot of spiders…so just a heads up.

Awesome! Beautiful two bedroom condo with a very well appointed kitchen. Everything you need. Enjoyed eating dinner with cocktail on balcony watching the sun set.

Pretty spot

The property was in good shape overall. The air conditioning situation needs to be updated OR sun shade awnings installed over windows in living room area. It is SO hot in the afternoon it makes you want to go out to eat dinner every night, because it is unbearable from 5:00-7:00 daily. I wish the pizza place and pool were nicer, then the overall property value would be much higher. Updates in the condo were solid and we did have fun as a family of 4 here.

Relaxing family spot with close access to beaches

The condo has a big ocean view, with the mountains visible behind the next row of buildings. Easy access to several local beaches on foot. The condo is spacious, with well-equipped kitchen, and very large showers in both bathrooms. Note that the complex does not appear to have any BBQ facilities, so you won't be able to do any outdoor grilling. However, the condo is right on a large grassy area which is perfect for kids who like to play outside.

Loved this place

We absolutely loved our stay. Great location (except see note below regarding late afternoon sun), beautiful ocean and mountain views, facilities were well-maintained (including the pool), landscaping was beautiful, and it had everything we needed for cooking and playing at the beach. Could improve on wifi experience (connection dropped constantly) and check-out (would have been nice to have left keys at the location rather than being required to drive to your facility). While Kauai has been warmer this summer than usual, we probably wouldn't stay at #245 again in the summer as the late afternoon sun was hard to handle, particularly in the upstairs bedroom.

Stunning view , furniture in need of upgrade

This top floor condo unit has a truly exceptional view of the Pacific which i greatly appreciated. It also has fairly new-ish, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Overall it has great potential to be an amazing rental with some improvements and care. The cushions on all the furniture felt and looked so old and dingy I covered them with sheets. The comforters on the beds were also so old and worn, I removed them and put them in the closet. And there was very little water pressure in the shower. All of these things could be improved upon pretty easily and quickly and I would give this property 5 stars.

Beautiful location!

Beautiful view and well kept condo just not a big enough kitchen for our family. Unit in need of fresh/new towels. Also too warm in condo prefer something with air.
